Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The noise coming from the street specially those flats opposite to the Friar street, night clubs play a very loud music and people are going crazy on the street, I found it difficult to sleep each Thursday to Sunday.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mia was super helpful during the move in- she helped with the maintenance, although it took time a month until they came to fix some cracks on the walls, but she did follow up with them many times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe I could have moved to another flat farther from the noise, but over time I got used to it and the noise became much less noticeable than it was during the first few months.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Completely convenient for commuting, shopping and entertainment. We also love how we have a gym in the building!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance and community host teams are responsive, friendly and professional!

We have lived in the property since Aug 2023 and we cannot remember one thing we wish we had known :).

So far so good. Our move in experience was seamless, thanks to Mia. The location is perfect, we chose to live here because of the proximity to Reading Station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a slight issue with our apartment which was resolved on the same day by Jayden

It’s a massive help that they sign us for for council tax and utilities

I love my cozy home here at Ebb and Flow, the design and interior is stunning, the outside spaces are great and it’s pet friendly! I love pets

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond attentively and take care of me whenever I need

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s great generally but the parcel room doesn’t work greatly as I struggle to find stuff sometimes however the community team always helps me find them

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This a great area to live. The proximity to the station makes it even more likeable. Coffee shops with in the building complex and near by sainsbury's is just so convenient. There is no noise whatso ever audible to you from outside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always fixed issues in the apartment almost immediately. I had uncertainities about satying in the UK in the near future and was worried about renewing the lease for one more year. I communicated with Simi from the management team about my situation. Simi was kind enough to answer all my questions and provide us with all possible options and helped us manage the lease extension process smoothly. Simi is the best.

Frankly I didn't have any complaints. So, there isn't anything I wish I had known before.
