the only 4* is for location ...close to bus station, short walk to center of the town / shops / pubs. Also never thought that social housing can be a problem until now living under 100meter radius from.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

building management responsed quick initially and then all went downhill with the covid.

Great location, close to town and schools. Poor access to the estate by road and walking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

On occassions when they have replied, it was not timely. When they have replied they have not offered a solution provided.

Clarion are good pre-sale but not post sale.

The location of the house is perfect very close to the town centre of Wantage, it has a pub nearby too. The bus stops are not far from us. Our parking is very good but I think other houses are limited to two spaces which is not a problem unless you have family or friends visiting. There is no traffic noise and it is a nice neighbourhood. We have noticed our bins are always late or they do not collect ours though.

Ask lots of questions about the place

Conveniently located for waking into the town centre. Good access to places to walk with the dog also.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They dealt with small snags quickly and efficiently, even during a difficult time for the trade with COVID happening just as we competed.

Come and have a look round at the development more widely, in addition to the street you are looking at buying on.
