Yes, I only moved in two weeks ago and a door was off its hinges and was fixed as soon as I asked

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Rochdale town centre in as you walk out the door. It is a less the 5 minute walk to the tram stop and bus station. Rochdale train station is a tram stop away which connects you to Huddersfield and Chester. Parking is available in the M&S car park which has cameras and security.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always had a plan B and quickly sorted the issues with no fuss
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
You can get shopping deliveries to the block however some can be awkward and not want to come in side. However this is solved if you have decent back or ever a small trolly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area around OL16 has a good mix of local shops, a few nice cafes and takeaways within walking distance, and everything you need for day-to-day essentials nearby. Transport links are convenient, with regular buses into Rochdale town centre and easy access to the main roads. There is safe Parking area in nearby M&S building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
any problems I've raised have been dealt with quickly and professionally. The team communicates clearly, keeps me updated on progress, and follows through until the issue is properly resolved.like once I had issue with electricity it was dealt within an hour .
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
wish I'd known just how quiet and well-connected the street actually is — it wasn't obvious from viewings alone. It's made day-to-day living much easier, from transport links to the general upkeep of the building
