The building is very well designed and the flat comes with good quality appliances and furniture that suit the space. Everything is already prepared and functional before you move in, which takes a great deal of stress away from the moving process. The building and property management teams have been lovely to speak to and have been incredibly quick to respond to questions and queries, which has left me feeling secure and cared for as a tenant. They have been one of the best parts about Upperbanks, and have greatly contributed to making the development feel like a community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is fantastic and close to a wide range of amenities that cater to everyone. It is convenient and everything you need is within walking distance, but also has multiple transport links nearby should you need to go further out (train, tram, bus interchange). There is a large amount of parking availability and very minimal noise coming into the flat from traffic, which is impressive considering the flat is next to a main road. There has been no antisocial behaviour and everyone within the complex has been kind and respectful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have been very quick to respond to issues I have raised. Upon moving in, the fridge was not working, so I rang the concierge to request help. They had sent somebody to help immediately, and the issue was fixed within 30 minutes. It is reassuring to know that there is such a reliable team on hand.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be nice to know the demographics of people living here to know a bit more about who lives in the development, and who we would be having community events with. (Not sure if this is GDPR compliant though so may not be possible!)

The whole atmosphere is excellent and really helps lift the apartments up away from the surrounding area which has it's flaws. The flats however are nice enough and good enough value, with excellent staff and assistance that it more than makes up for this

Local amenities look abundant and are right on the doorstep flats close enough to transport and soundproof so you can't hear outside noise unless windows are open

They've come immediately to help without issue and have been lovely

Great staff, lovely building, good facilities. Modern communal areas and a 24 hour concierge. Staff are very responsive to all queries and concerns. Location is very handy with good links to local metro and a nearby community centre. Definitely worth viewing

The building is in a newly redeveloped area with lots of useful shops nearby. Very quiet too with no noise from the road

The management responds to everything quickly with no issue

Broadband line is currently being installed; however, fast mobile broadband is provided free of charge in the time being

The building inside and out both looks amazing, only bad thing in the studio is there's not alot of room for clothes , but we have enough room to either buy a wardrobe or other storage ,the lift is very fast so you don't need to wait ages to go up and down.

Even tho it's close to a main road you cannot hear any cars , it's very close to all the local shops , restaurants and entertainment ( cinemas , put stars )

There is alot of security gates , which is good for stopping people getting in but also gets annoyed when your hands are full

I am happy for all facilities in apartment. I suggest this apartment who looking for happy house near rochdale town centre.Apartment is filled with all facililies. Very calm and quite atmosphere. Even management treats us with good service and good facilities.
