Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The flats are in a very good location. Immediate walking distance to tram, train and shops, cafes. Traffic noise is not noticeable when windows are shut and when open you can barely hear it. Bins are in a secure location and collected regularly. 24/7 reception staff. Great security and peace of mind. If you work locally can walk to work there is no price tag on time. Anti social behaviour is subjective and not something the developers can influence. Very clean overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately. Which is fantastic. I’ve had a small issue which was fixed within hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can’t think of anything bad at the moment. I wish I didn’t have a car haha because it’s no longer necessary for me but I do and I am keeping it off street at the moment. Parking had an additional charge per month which I’ve opted not to use.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I am so so so impressed with everything so far. From the initial process of booking a viewing to actually moving in. Friendly and professional team who came across caring and supportive. The referencing process - straight forward. Inventory on arrival - superb. My flat was all cleaned and even heater on so on entering I felt warm and welcome. Little gift for me also waiting at the coffee table. Location - close to so many amenities. Train and bus stop. Major shops. Supermarkets. Possibly 10 min or less to jump on motorway. Train journey into Manchester-25 min max.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues so far I have been in for 4 days now and I’m pleased with everything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good - you don’t need additional furniture. The kitchen worktop in the studio apartment won’t accommodate space for microwave without losing space so have that in mind. I’m happy to use the oven.

This block of flats is in the prime location of rochdale. You have access to everything you need in the area, your only a short walk away from any public transport and only a short walk from rochdale town centre

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building manager and managerment team have been amazing. From day 1 they helped me to unload our moving van, gave me access to a side door which lead straight outside and gave me access to a moving trolley which came in handy moving all the large boxes we had from the moving van. I feel i have become good friends with the maintenance crew and he has proved himself with both reliability and professionalism

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I dont think im able to share anything that i wish i had known. I got as much information from everyone before i moved in. I was able to come and look at the apartment mutiple times before moving in, I found out all the information about wifi, water and electic before my move date and its been nothing short of a breeze

Excellent location with easy access to shops, restaurants, bars and public transport. Parking provided across the road with a drop off point close to the entrance. Noise levels are good considering apartments are high n the centre of town.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Sticking door and bath sealant fixed / replaced very promptly and to a good standard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Variety of properties available - was shown two styles of the 2-bedroom, but then found out could have had more choice

Excellent range of shops, social amenities and Metrolink within 5 mins walk - we are enjoying living on the centre of town. The secure car parking opposite is good value and very convenient. The traffic locally is awful but clearly this is an issue for Rochdale and beyond control of the apartment building! Having amenities and transport on our doorstep alleviates quite a lot of this.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I reported an incident where refuse has been dumped in the communal bin store. It was taken very seriously and dealt with immediately, very reassuring. No other issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The social and communal areas are a real bonus as is the privacy and security plot of the development.
