The best building in the city

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is perfect. Being in the city center provides incredible accessibility to bars, restaurants, and both the bus and tram stations. It’s ideal for shopping at Aldi, ASDA, Home Bargains, B&M, and Dunelm. The convenience of having every essential amenity within walking distance makes it an unbeatable spot for modern living.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management was perfect and highly cooperative when we needed to move in quickly. While we haven't had any problems during our stay, I’m certain they would be perfectly welcoming if we did.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known that everything is so good I’d never want to leave, though I’m still waiting for the building to install a personal slide directly into the Aldi aisle :)))

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Due to being in the town centre it is convenient for shops, restaurants, food etc. There is Aldi, M&S, Lidl, Asda all in walking distance as well as shops such as Home Bargains, T.K Max, H&M, JD Sport etc. JD gym is a 10 minute walk away for those who like to work out. There are numerous transport links including the train, tram and bus within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly, professionally and they are always well mannered and easily approachable/contactable

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn't parking. If you have a car it is £80 a month to park your car at the M&S car park across from the apartments. There are free streets near to the apartments however not well lit. The apartments also come furnished only, if you want to put your own furniture in you have to pay storage for their furniture

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property is in a central location of the town centre, there are great range of shops and transport in walking distance. Greta connections for the train/bus/tram as well as having shops such as Lidl, Aldi, Home Bargains, M&S etc in a 2-10 min walk of the property. There is also a great selection of food places near by, especially for those winter allergies such as nandos, pionero lounge, the coffee house etc

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded straight away to the initial problem however getting repairs or issues resolved takes time as no maintenance person on site to manage repairs currently

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

On viewing ensure to ask about rent etc. Rent comes out on a set day a month which can't be changed. You can also sign for a short or long term lease but can always be extended if you need to

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The position is ideal. The property is in middle of new central town. Gym, tram station, bus station and major retailer shops are 5 mins away!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been helpful and tried to resolve the issues swiftly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Couple of things. 1. The contract is generic. I am getting one month rent free because it's 12 month contract but it's not mentioned in the contract which made it but confusing in start. 2. I still don't know if TV licence is included or not. The staff said it is but contract says otherwise. Apart from that, I can't complain. I am loving it here
