Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has been a really enjoyable place to live. There’s a great range of shops, cafes and restaurants within a short walk, as well as convenient access to supermarkets. Transport links are reliable, and the area feels safe and welcoming. Parking is easy to find, bin collections are consistent, and there’s a good sense of community with little noise or anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has always responded quickly and efficiently to any maintenance requests or questions. Repairs were handled promptly and communication was clear throughout.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known earlier just how peaceful the development is. It’s been a much more relaxing place to live than I expected, and the sense of security is excellent.

Absolutely lovely location as Rochdale city centre is right round the corner with stores and restaurants makes it extremely convenient and keeps us at ease knowing we can walk 5min to get to a store

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

jumped straight in it and had great follow up questions

Why we didn't know about this apartment sooner, everything is fantastic

The access to local shops has been amazing! So convenient & the apartment is so perfectly located. No traffic noise considering the location

Not applicable - we have not had any problems or issues, team have been checking in to ensure no issues

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love that it's right across a M&S and near an Aldi too, makes grocery shopping very convenient. It's also only a 2min walk from the tram stop and bus interchange, although I wish it was closer to the railway station too. Parking is unfortunately an additional £80 per month and in a public carpark but at least they do offer it. Wish there was a bin chute instead of having to go down to the communal bin area. There's also fireworks going off every week for some reason and church bells going off all the time which can be a bit annoying if you just want a quiet night but it hasn't bothered me too much.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not had any problems or issues so far! But I'm sure it would get sorted out quickly if I did.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The heaters creak so much throughout the day, sometimes I turn it off at night because it gets quite annoying/loud. I thought it was because it was new and it'd stop eventually but it's still been going on. Also probably because of the terraces but the rain and wind can get quite loud. There's not many activities/new eateries around so sometimes it does feel quite boring and if you want to venture into Manchester it takes 1h to get to by tram. I also wish I'd known if the unit above me has a pet - I suspect it does because I can hear the dog scratching/running all the time which isn't ideal.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I find this area very quiet, I like living here. Because I don’t drive, it’s quite a journey getting into town but I don’t mind that much.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded quickly, the fastest I’ve seen to be honest. The EPC of the building is very good so I don’t spend too much on heating even in winter.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I knew this before moving but I just wish there was underground parking and a gym. Then this property would have been a 1000/10 for me.
