Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Excellent location, for both local amenities and for work for me personally. All though parking is available this is at an extra cost which is a little frustrating. However I have managed to park on near by streets that are free. The secure monthly payment parking would be great if it was included in the rental.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Responded to immediately. Time and day arranged convenient for myself .
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There wasn’t anything that I didn’t know or made aware of prior to moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
One of the best things about living here is the location. This is very close to the town centre and also close to my place of work which helps a lot. Also public transport like buses and trains are located just minutes away & car parking spaces are available straight across from the building. I have had no problems with anti social behaviour or traffic noise. The only thing I would say negatively is sometimes the bins are not left in a good state, however this is an issue with other tenants and not the management. Also, fireworks do tend to go off late at night but again, this isn’t managements fault. Overall a really positive experience
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management have always responded quickly and have always been successful in solving my issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area feels safe and has good transport links, with direct train 12min into the city centre which is very convenient. There is also a lot of surrounding nature which make it pleasant to live here. However as younger and socialize person I find there arent many social spaces or activities available, so the choices for going out are quiet limited compared to city centre. There can be some traffic noise at the times, but overall is still better than Oldham in terms of quality of life.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any minor issues raise have been dealt with promptly, and the management team has always responded in a professional and helpful manner. They are approachable and ensure that residents feel supported.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the rent for my studio £935 is almost the same as many city centre apartments. While the development itself is modern and comfortable, the price points feels closer to city centre living than expected for the location. Rochdale council tax is also pricier than Manchester city.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s close to the town center and local shops. The location is a prime spot for anyone. The bus stops and tram service is like on a waking distance. Everything is so close and location wise it’s literally the best.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had any issues yet but the building management is very keen to answer and work on any issues if raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, just bring yourself. Every facility is so close to you that you don’t need to bring a lot of items.
