Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good aspects: It’s a very nice location. Literally two minutes away there are all the shopping spots. For grocery and stuff there are M&S and Aldi that meet different needs. And it’s 4 minutes away from the tram stop. Bad aspect: the parking isn’t a good value of money. Its environment and its facilities are not worthy for the price we need to pay per month.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond to these things in a timely manner and they always do their best to get your issues resolved quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
So far everything is quite good and I don’t think there’s anything worth to be concerned.

I love the area. It has all we need within a walking distance. The bus and tram station is literally 4 mins from the place.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They were sorted at the earliest and front desk staff really helped with everything especially Christina and khalid.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Good neighborhood , accessible eateries, wonderful staff

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We live next to the new shopping area with a good range of shops, independent bars, and cafes nearby. Tram, bus, and rail links to Manchester are on the doorstep, making travel very easy. There are open spaces nearby for walking. Parking on our street is usually fine, and bin collections are reliable. Occasionally, traffic noise can be heard during peak times, but it is generally a quiet street with no major anti-social behaviour issues.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Most issues have been resolved quickly by helpful staff, but one staff member often forgets to respond to our queries.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We wish we had known that visitor parking is quite limited if the shops are busy, so it’s worth planning in advance if you have family or friends visiting. Also, while most staff are helpful, there can be delays in replies from some, so it’s good to follow up on any queries. A tip: join the resident events early as they’re a great way to meet neighbours and feel settled quickly.

Shops, restaurants, bars and open spaces are amazing. Everything is on our doorstep. Transport links are also very good.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team are fabulous and are also on hand when needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Bring my own washing machine! Everything else is fantastic.

Great access to shopping and restaurants. Tram and bus stations are also on the doorstep although a bit of a walk or tram/taxi is needed for the rail station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always helpful and you don't have to wait long for assistance.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It would be useful to be told where visiting suppliers such as Sky can park.
