Swift response but hardly have any problems but always willing to help and asking.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Most shops needed are within easy walking distance, including supermarkets, cafés, and useful local services. There’s a good range of restaurants and bars nearby, and plenty of open spaces for relaxing or getting some fresh air. Transport links are very convenient, with frequent buses and nearby train connections, and I haven’t experienced any major issues. The street itself is generally quiet, with good parking availability, regular bin collections, and no noticeable anti-social behaviour or excessive traffic noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There’s been no issues so far.Staff are always willing to help when needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how convenient the area truly is,photos and viewings don’t fully capture it. The building is quieter than I expected, and the community feels very welcoming.

Great development, built well and well equipped. Could do with more plug sockets around especially hall ways and living rooms Very quiet community and plenty of amenities around

Not had any to raise at the moment. But I am confident they would be dealt with promptly

Essential to me was the availability of public transport links, which is excellent, local regeneration area and facilities are excellent.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues or concerns since starting my tenancy, every confidence that any issues raised would be attended immediately.

I made a few visits before starting my tenancy, felt very comfortable that the property was for me .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Being in the centre you would think there might be a problem with noise pollution and anti social behaviour yet I've not come across any. It's quiet and people look out for eachother. The transport links are great. I'm in a triangle consisting of the bus station, tram and train station so easy access to major cities for work. As the Development is in the regeneration area it's great to have M&S, Next, Nandos literally on your door step and not to forget the entertainment side with the cinema and mini golf. This development will continue to do wonders to help Rochdale grow.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They've been efficient and it's easy enough to put service requests through the portal and thr Front of House team can escalate where necessary or generally help with any minor issues. Kristina is amazing; her patience and ability to put me at ease with processes or queries are top tier and I've seen first hand how she interacts with everyone who passes by her desk. No ask or task is small and her hosting skills for activities for the residents are great.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Go with an open mind and plenty of questions because the apartments have various layout styles - give yourself time and not book multiple viewings. It's easy to get wrapped up and eager to view. Do your own due diligence and if you're doing the majority of the move yourself give Front of House a heads up so they can help with the move if they have the availability.
