I work in Rochdale town centre so being able to live in a amazing apartment and an amazing community soo close to my home town and work is great.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We’ve had no issues since we’ve lived here but from word of mouth everything seems to be as it should.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I love the fact that in our 2 bedroom apartment their are also 2 bathrooms as it’s only me and my friend living together sometimes you need your own space and this helps a lot.

The location the building is situated couldn’t be more convenient. Its close to all critical transport links, shopping, and entertainment. Daily amenities like grocery stores, cafes, and parks are just a short walk away. The environment is serene and secure too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded satisfactorily and promptly too.

Nothing per se. The viewing went very well. The staff were professional and transparent and expectations for all parties were clearly set.

Fabulous living next to some great places, M&S food court is a dream. Pioneero Lounge and the Flying Horse are brilliant bars. A little bit of noise from outside, but, I do like to have some windows open. Parking is great, car insurance did not go up as much as I expect. Couldn’t be better located.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’ve been brilliant. I am I think the first person in this apartment, and they have responded brilliantly to a couple of tiny niggles.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How quiet and peaceful it is generally. I worried it would be noisy. I needn’t have done. Even the way the rooms are laid out is designed to lesson the effect of noise.
