Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is fantastic and close to a wide range of amenities that cater to everyone. It is convenient and everything you need is within walking distance, but also has multiple transport links nearby should you need to go further out (train, tram, bus interchange). There is a large amount of parking availability and very minimal noise coming into the flat from traffic, which is impressive considering the flat is next to a main road. There has been no antisocial behaviour and everyone within the complex has been kind and respectful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have been very quick to respond to issues I have raised. Upon moving in, the fridge was not working, so I rang the concierge to request help. They had sent somebody to help immediately, and the issue was fixed within 30 minutes. It is reassuring to know that there is such a reliable team on hand.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be nice to know the demographics of people living here to know a bit more about who lives in the development, and who we would be having community events with. (Not sure if this is GDPR compliant though so may not be possible!)

There is a variety of shops near my home. I can buy my daily supplies from those shops. The tram station and bus interchange are just a short walking distance. I can go to other places easily.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management gave quick response to my problems.

I feel comfortable and relaxed when I moved in in the first day.

The local amenities are very good with a good collection of local shops and restaurants within reach of the flats as well as good transport links to different locations.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had an issue with our hot water as soon as we had reported it someone was sent up and fixed it within the same day it was reported.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we had known about the community events before moving in to try and be more involved with giving ideas for events and participating within the planned events.

I think they’re on to something here, there’s an app to log maintenance issue which is very classy. There’s also 24/7 concierge. I feel very at home here, they attend to any complaints - same day which is very rare. I really hope they carry on like this, it’s a very lovely and peaceful place to live in.

The tram station is literally right outside the door. There’s a wide range of groceries store, shopping centres and even a cinema just a few minutes walk from the house. I feel like I have everything I need around me and the area is really calm.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yup! Same day with no issues There’s a number to call if you have issues and you can also log it on the app which makes life easy.

I think I was briefed of everything so there was nothing that came as a shock to me

Excellent location, all key facilities are nearby and at walking distance, and also the views are great!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The entire management team is very professional and are there to help when needed. They make all residents feel at home. A special shout out to Kristina and Agne for all their help!

The viewing was very impressive and we could take our time to see and get a feel of the location and the facilities within the flat!
