Close to shops like Aldi, M & S, etc Close to bus station and trams Quiet accommodation. Nice lawn outside

Good and timely response Not had any issues in finding someone to help.

That the lower floors on the west block only have the hotel as a view

So close to all the town centre shops and amenities, as well as the local nightlife. Also on the doorstep to the local tram and bus stations

I haven’t had to raise any issues or problems so far

They made moving in easier than I’ve ever experienced anywhere else

Excellent transport links by rail, road, trams and bus. Great variety of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance to suit all ages and pockets. Secure parking included. Secure entry with 24 hour concierge in West Block. Secure and safe communal garden. Communal lounge, private dining room can be booked. Social events of all kinds. Wide variety of ages. Modern furnished apartments which are pet friendly. Great views and private balcony in all Appartments. A great community atmosphere with friendly professional residents. A little traffic noise at busy times.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Problems have been resolved quickly and properly by friendly maintenance staff.

The friendly atmosphere and community spirit together with varied activities to suit all tastes.

I’ve only lived here for around 3 months now and I can say it’s the most amazing place I’ve lived the staff are caring friendly and always available to help, the fellow tenants are also very kinda respectful, it’s a honour to live in such a great established community such as Upperbanks.

Duo Upperbanks is located right in the heart of Rochdale perfect for shopping and transport with the bus station and tram stop a 3 minute walk away and train station a 10 minute walk away it’s perfect for commuting to other local towns and city’s, also a 2 minute walk away from Rochdale’s riverside shops with great places to eat , drink and shop with all the best brands such as next, river island, JD sports , Costa coffee, Greggs and more.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve not had any issues as of yet, which I think is better then having them issues raised and solved as the apartment I’m in was of the highest built and everything inside is all well put together.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I really like the events they hold at Upperbanks, I didn’t expect to have so many activities from book clubs, to pet pal days, movie nights and so much more.

Lovely place to live. Quiet with lovely community vibe. Close to all transport links and all amenities.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always on hand on answer questions. Someone to talk to at all times.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have liked an explanation of how to work the air control system. You are given a link to be able to view all the user manuals for all things in your home, but the air control system is very complicated and the manual is full of manual terms I’m not familiar with.
