Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and positive review of your experience at Upperbanks. It’s genuinely great to hear how much you’re enjoying both the design of the building and the facilities available. We’re especially pleased that the front office team has been able to support you quickly and professionally whenever needed, that’s exactly the standard we aim for. It’s also fantastic to hear your feedback on the parcel room and building security. We know how important those elements are to day-to-day living, so it’s great to know they’re giving you that added peace of mind. We’re really glad the local area and transport links are working well for you too, and it’s great to hear that your experience from viewing through to move-in has been such a smooth one. Thank you again for your recommendation, it truly means a lot to the whole team. If there’s ever anything you need, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Upperbanks is located in the centre of Rochdale, with easy access to multiple supermarkets, dining and transport. The tram stop is barely two minutes away, as is the local bus station, and the railway station is a ten minute walk at most (or you can use the tram). Despite being next to a main road the noise is minimal and I enjoy a pleasant view of the hills. Parking is somewhat restrictive and most people use the structure attached to the next door M&S. As I do not drive, this is not much of a hindrance. Meanwhile, the staff took care of everything in regard to my council tax and utilities, informing all parties and allowing me to focus on moving in and getting settled.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The staff team has responded promptly and politely to any inquiry I have levied.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The danger of having a Marks and Spencer bakery next door.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is perfect. Being in the city center provides incredible accessibility to bars, restaurants, and both the bus and tram stations. It’s ideal for shopping at Aldi, ASDA, Home Bargains, B&M, and Dunelm. The convenience of having every essential amenity within walking distance makes it an unbeatable spot for modern living.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management was perfect and highly cooperative when we needed to move in quickly. While we haven't had any problems during our stay, I’m certain they would be perfectly welcoming if we did.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known that everything is so good I’d never want to leave, though I’m still waiting for the building to install a personal slide directly into the Aldi aisle :)))
