Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Ideally located within walking distance of Ventura shopping centre, warehousing facilities and good links to the motorway network. Parking is ample but with like most families theses days having more than two cars can have its issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
At peak times Dunstall Park can have heavy traffic getting into the estate but this is to be expected living soo close to Ventura and warehousing facilities.
What is the best feature of your home:
I like the fact rooms are zoned off, downstairs has a hall, toilet and good storage for everyday use.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lovely house on a lovely estate which has its issues . Its within walking distance of tamworth with its castle and fantastic grounds . Plenty of bars and shops . Estate has its problems with rubbish parking and it's fair share of dog mess which reflects some of the people on the estate . Theirs a bus at the entrance to the estate . Massive shopping centre on its door step which can be a problem with traffic. The drive into the estate is a pain with Inconsiderate parking from nearby warehouses. Anti social behaviour is rare and we have an average ammout of crime .
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish I'd have know how bad the traffic can be on the drive into the estate it can be a nightmare with lorries and cars parked irresponsibility
What is the best feature of your home:
In my opinion the best features is the location . Close to tamworth and lichfield

We have had issues with traffic around Ventura park and by Dunstall park due to truck depot..as trucks park on the bend so you can’t see oncoming traffic.. am accident just waiting to happen if it hasn’t already!!thefts of cars have taken place too.. speeding on the estate too..

Hedging could have been like showhomes at the front..

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location of Dunstall Park is perfect, it’s walking distance from Ventura Park which has all the shops and takeaways you need with access to green space. The transport is very easy here as it’s right next to some of the major motorways and there is a bus route which now stops at Dunstall Park. The houses have been built with parking in mind ensuring the houses have suitable private parking for all properties. The bin collections are very consistent as there have been no distributions so far.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only downside to moving in to a relatively new building estate is the ongoing work being carried out daily outside our house and the roads not being finished.
What is the best feature of your home:
The location of Dunstall park as it’s great for first time buyers, people starting families or those who want to down size or upgrade from their current home.

Right next to a retail park and the town centre so close to shops and restaurants, a bus route has also been put on the estate which is good. Although we are right next to an industrial estate I feel the route in and out of the housing estate could have been planned better

I wish we would have been made aware of how busy the road gets coming onto the estate with lorry’s

I really like the layout of our home and the storage by the front door
