Plenty of shops and restaurants in the development now so very convenient. Underground parking is very good if you can get a space.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They normally responded within 24/48 to issues. However can take longer to rectify problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Which floor you live on will change the general living experience a lot. Higher floor have better spec flats and is quieter.

Great transport links into central London, lots of greenery space in the surrounding areas and parks nearby. Nice restaurants nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always dealt with issues efficiently and in a timely manner

I didn’t realise how friendly and safe this development was - just amazing - hidden gem in North London.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not much choice for eating and drinking for me but there are few shops for example tesco extre. They are very convenient. Between the facility, there is a road and it’s closed every night and Sunday all day. It makes very quiet to residents. Every floor has bin shooter. Its very useful. Car park is very secure. Colindale tube station is just 7mins walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They fixed very quick if they have some issue. And stuff is very kind.

Car park gate was not working quite often and it takes a few weeks to fix.
