We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Courtfield Gardens is a historic Earl’s Court property dating back to 1873, fronted by one of Kensington’s historic garden squares, which residents have exclusive access to. The nearest train station is Gloucester Road but Earl’s Court tube is also close by. Local London attractions include the Natural History Museum, the Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Palace. The M4 is also easily accessible from here for access to Heathrow Airport.

It is a nice development i enjoy living there. Things function as they should and aside a few hickups in terms of bills i have enjoyed living in the property. The neighbors are nice. Sometimes noisy but the design is good. The insulation isn't great
