We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

I love Beckenham and this building is in a fantastic location with short walks to 2 stations Unfortunately the actual building is not very good the lifts are always out and there are quite a few bike thefts.

There’s constantly some kind of issue in this building: lifts are out of service, roof is leaking after rain, mould is building up on the window sills and in the window corners in winter, etc. It took the real estate company 1,5 years to resolve the latter issue! And all they’ve done is they’ve sent someone to wipe the window frames. It took them 1,5 years to arrange this. Unbelievable! Generally, the feedback from the real estate company is very poor and delayed, and sometimes it takes ages to sort out some issues in the building. Shame!
