Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is perfect it’s out the way of the crazy part of time but has everything you need round the corner.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never had any issues which has been great other than the door handles coming loose and falling off but they were repaired the next day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It feels so secure and safe which is great, really nice being next to the canal as well especially in summer but it can get busy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are supermarkets within a 5 minute drive and convenience stores within walking distance. There are a couple of nice restaurants in Atherton (3 minute drive) and these are expanding. Further afield, there are other lovely restaurants. The nearest train station is just over a mile and the nearest bus stop is a little closer. Sometimes there can be youth from the nearby estate but overall it is quiet and I hope this continues when the park is built.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Said they will do things but then havent - for example our door which won’t close and painting the ceiling after a leak

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we would have known about the park being built right outside our house

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a retail park a 5 minute drive away from the development which is good! Hag Fold train station is a 10 minute walk away and is just a 30 minute train journey from Manchester city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have come round to fix some problems that we had, although some minor issues were ignored

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Asking as many questions as possible during the home demo, even the smallest question would save time and confusion further down the line

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location to shops and short walk in the centre for bars. Traffic and noise is very high on our street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Taken numerous emails and calls to arrange help with problems such as leaking shower.

By asking simple questions, you can get things included with the cost i.e carpet, grass

Lots of local bars and restaurants in atherton, local shops near to the development and all within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly, waited 2.5 years for some issues to ne fixed. Some still outstanding!!

I wish i knew what a poor standard of house this was and what a terrible company keepmoat are.
