Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is a beautiful village with a local pub hairdressers cafe and shop. Issues within the area include lorries going through the village which is quite dangerous for children and pedestrians

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They No longer reply when a problem is raised, which has been disappointing

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d have known the paths were not guaranteed

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not a huge amount of amenities in walking distance, but plenty with in a 10 minute drive. The pub in the village is not very popular, but its actually fine and should be more so.

The take away selection in the area for delivery are shocking.

Wider drive or a better positioned garden. Preferably the drive.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is great, the development is on a nice quiet street. It’s only a small development which is what we wanted. There are 2 local lovely cafes, a post office, a local shop where you can buy veg and fruit, the school is lovely, great parks nearby, and it’s surrounded by lovely walks. The only Downside is the A road is very busy with lorries. However transport and road links are great.

I wish we had been told about the path access to the local school. We were told there was going to be path access to the next estate however this has been rejected and now we have to walk along a very busy A road to get to school with my children which would of possibly changed our decision.

A non slopping garden, we wish the garden had been levelled

The area is great, thrr we development is on a nice quiet street. It’s only a small development which is what we wanted.
