Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are plenty of quality shops and restaurants nearby, making the area very convenient. The public transport is excellent, with easy access to both buses and trams. Living here is generally great, though there is sometimes some traffic noise at night, but it is totally acceptable for city living. The open spaces are lovely, and if any BBQ facilities were provided in the future, it would definitely be a bonus!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has been incredibly responsive. Whenever I raise an issue, Darren and his team handle it quickly. Leila ensures flat problems are resolved seamlessly and professionally, while Queenie goes entirely above and beyond to sort out any moving or check-in issues smoothly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing that is helpful to know before moving in is how seamless internal moves can be within the development. If you ever need to upgrade or change flats, the process is incredibly smooth thanks to Queenie and the team going above and beyond to assist with the transition. Also, while the vibrant location means you might experience a bit of typical city traffic noise at night, it is completely manageable. The unbeatable convenience of having excellent tram and bus links right on your doorstep, alongside a top-tier reception team like Leila and Darren, easily outweighs any minor city noise!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Everything you need around you here! It’s lovely being next to the water, yet we’re not far from town, everything going on in Media City, or even to reach some greenery further afield. So many supermarket options nearby too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always handled well, someone would be out to check the problem and have it fixed in a lovely timescale.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I perhaps wish I realised that others could see in the flat but I was excited by everything else when I did the viewing and still love everything else going on in the building! The gym and co working space are fab too.
