Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything you need around you here! It’s lovely being next to the water, yet we’re not far from town, everything going on in Media City, or even to reach some greenery further afield. So many supermarket options nearby too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always handled well, someone would be out to check the problem and have it fixed in a lovely timescale.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I perhaps wish I realised that others could see in the flat but I was excited by everything else when I did the viewing and still love everything else going on in the building! The gym and co working space are fab too.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living here is fantastic - it offers lovely waterfront walks, open spaces, cafes, restaurants and bars. The area feels safe and well-kept. Tram links are excellent — you can reach Manchester city centre and the Trafford Centre quickly and conveniently. Parking is generally good and well covered, traffic noise is minimal, but I’d prefer soundproof windows. and the street feels peaceful despite being close to Old Trafford. Bin collections are regular and the area is kept clean.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has always responded promptly and professionally. Maintenance issues are handled quickly, communication is clear, and the staff are approachable and proactive in resolving concerns.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have been living her for quite long, and everything seems perfect - probably that’s why we decided to continue here at Clippers Quay.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The tram stop is so close by and lots of fun places to go. Don't really have any problems with bad behaviour even on man utd days

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond to my queries and recently went above and beyond for my furniture request.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The carpets in the corridors are looking tired and need replacements

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pros: Close to retail park, close to tram stations Exchange Quay & Wharfside. Cons: Lots of rubbish in the nearby basins & on the streets, more anti-social behaviour especially targetting people of colour in Salford Quays area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Overall it's satisfactory but some residents near my flat tend to make loud noises sometimes or using the washer at midnight and since the walls are not sound-proof, you may get disturbed and calling the security at night may not be useful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wouldn't choose a lower level flat facing the communal garden should I know the loud noises (yelling and screaming non-stop) by kids playing there during summertime could last from 6 till 9 pm and even with all your windows shut, the noise still came through and you wouldn't have any peace and quiet until around 9:30pm or on rainy days.

Although amenities are limited, the proactive and supportive management staff, make this a pleasant place to live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: 1. The nearby metrolink makes transportation convenient 2. The management office staff are helpful , efficient and respond promptly whenever I approach them for assistance, including Molly Smyth, Holly , Ms. Leila. In particular, Ms Leila speaks Cantonese, which makes communication very easier and effective. Her flexible, efficient, and quick respond, which allows problems to be resolved promptly. Bad: the smell of smoke always enter my flat, especially evening, midnight and weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I first moved in last year, the bed frame and mattress were damaged. After I submitted the defect report, your management office responded promptly and arranged for the damaged items to be replaced with new ones .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that smoke smells can enter through the ventilation system even I closed all windows.
