Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We love the location here! We have the Coop, Italian Restaurant, bar, coffee shop and barber all downstairs. We also love that we are a quick walk to Media City, and the tram is just across the street. The aparments are walkable to multiple bigger shops, gyms, pilates, food and so much more!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
If we have had any issues, the maintenance team and front desk team are extremely helpful and quick to get the problem solved!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We absolutely love it here, more than we expected to! It is truly better than we thought it would be. We love being able to get to city center quick but not living in the middle of everything. It is so nice to live close to the Quays and walk places!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is quite empty but has good transport links and supermarket options. It’s a decent area for young people.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Poorly. I flagged a broken fire alarm which is a health and safety issue twice and nobody ever came to refit it. They also didn’t care to know when I lost my deposit to an incoming tenant who withheld the amount.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known that they don’t ensure outgoing residents are protected financially with their deposit.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area offers a great balance of convenience and community. There’s a good range of local shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, and open green spaces are nearby for relaxation. Public transport is reliable, with easy access to buses and trains, though parking in peak hours can be a bit of a challenge. The area generally feels safe and welcoming.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been responsive and professional whenever any issues have come up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, communication is clear, and any concerns are usually resolved without long delays. Their proactive approach is genuinely appreciated.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had been informed about the different energy and water service providers available, as well as which ones were used by the previous tenants. It was challenging to adjust to the new setup since management did not notify me about these details in advance. Initially, it was quite confusing, and some members of staff at reception weren’t aware either. Thankfully, a few others were able to guide me through the process, which helped a lot.
