There is a good number of nice pubs and restaurants in the area. It is also only 12mins away from a large retail park.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I dont believe that I have raised any issues with he building management team.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Prior to moving into the property I had not been told about the issue with the mains water pipe, however this has since been fixed.

The development is very private and in a great location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
For the actually build it has been good; however the day to day management of the estate has been very poor and very unresponsive . The lady tends to just ignore comments

The location of this property is highly convenient since Bolton School is only 1 km away and it is not far from the town center.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The landlady is very quick to respond to any queries or concerns we may have.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish we had known that there was no underground storage available.
