We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

New property management is terrible. Nothing gets done. Service charges keeps rising. Maintenance is poor. Overall building desing is nice, however building is literally falling apart due to all that neglect from the freeholder and their pet management company.

The building is decent quality, however the roof was leaking for a few months, but looks like it’s fixed now. Nice internal area, the management looks after plants and keeps it clean. Windows are cleaned regularly. Concierge is always helpful. There were times with huge problems with hot water, but they became rare recently.

A poorly designed building in my opinion. En-suite bathroom pipes and drain pipes are in the drywall between the en-suite and the bedroom without any noise insulation so you can hear in your bed when the neighbors upstairs go to the loo or take a shower. Ventilation is also very poorly designed.
