some negatives but I love to live here

Windows are quite big and there is no humid problem. I don't like the glass shower door, it is always leaking. I hate you can not reach the shoes when you open the main entrance. But the kitchen is very nice with lots of storage units. and all the kitchen equipments are new and very high end quality.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is a nice, new built property with lots of things which uncomman in the UK houses such as a reception and a garage. But noisy and smelly corridors sometimes. Other than that we love to live here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I am not very. happy with them. They always response late.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had knew gym wants a payment or you need to hire a PA.

The area is beautiful and the outdoors design, with the garden and fountains creates a peaceful atmosphere, one rarely found in London!

The area is beautiful and the outdoors design, with the garden and fountains creates a peaceful atmosphere, one rarely found in London! The apartments themselves are designed well, with good spacing. The building is managed well with the concierge being available a lot of the time for support. The facilities are typical as you would find elsewhere.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is lovely, close to the river and parks. The Chiswick high street offering a variety of shops is 10-15 mins walk away and the underground station 20 mins away. There is a bus stop right in front of the development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We are not in direct contact with building management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The stores are quite far away so figuring out a way to reach the closest ones took us some time.

Chiswick gate is well kept development, the address is sometimes confusing for delivery as there is an apartment side and townhouse side. Deliveries often gets sent to the wrong sides. Otherwise it is a well designed development

Beautiful Development

Beautiful development. Grounds are so clean and well looked after. The concierge team are very polite, friendly and helpful. There have been some hiccups with R&R but this is more from senior management.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love being so close to the river and Chiswick house. Both areas are great to walk around. I also love being able to pop to the local high street which has lots of bars and restaurants. The only thing missing is a local small shop for essentials like milk. The nearest on is a 10 minute walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We went through a bad patch where emails and queries were not responded to. However they have regular meetings with the residents where issue are now resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We could have done with parking enforcement from the beginning.
