Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good quality local shops including butchers, local supermarket, post office, florist, general store, coffee shops and news agents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes in the early days of occupation but now virtually non existent response to problems although these problems were reported initially on moving in but still unresolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Garden not finished or levelled as promised, persistent flooding due to levels not being adhered to as per the original plan. Chosen finishes not supplied as discussed with Sales Advisor.

The development itself is a fairly small build which is good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are many open spaces within Headcorn to go for lovey walks in the summer. The range of shops and quality of them are amazing within the village itself. Parking can be a bit of a pain as there are homes opposite the development who think they are entitled to park in spaces where residents would park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Due to purchasing at the start of the pandemic, problems took a while to be resolved but with a bit of assistance the work has been corrected to a very high standard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Keep on top of the snags and chase them up as they can easily be forgotten if you’re not proactive.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Maidstone Road is very noisy. Although there is a 30 mph limit the traffic exceed this limit and that includes heavy lorries. Location is excellent with a short walk into Headcorn

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slowly which I had to escalate to director level where communication is disappointing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Garden Drainage is poor as the site is built on heavy clay. Surface water is a big issue
