The area is Tyersal and you are under leeds city Council. Post code is Bradford and its been many years since tyersal was to get a leeds post code. That will not happen unfortunately. The next area is Holmewood full of thrives and ungrateful humans. It's sad and scary as you can't leave your doors open in summer as you'll have kids/teenagers stealing your hard earned items. In the 6 houses that there are there had been a house that has been burgled 2 times and attempted 3 times. I believe they sold up and left. Anti social behaviour yes.

N/a Nothing to add haven't been happy. No one has helped in regards to care from.gleeson homes

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is on the outskirts of Bradford with woods and fields very nearby which makes for nice walks One downside is lack of a supermarket within walking distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some delays in taking action when our pipe failed but fixed it in the end

Covenants about letting the property out really hurt if you want to do it later but didn't realise at the time of purchase.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really good area to live in for town location. 10 mins away from Bradford centre, 20 mins away from Leeds City Centre, plenty of buses to access these locations. Really lovely neighbours that would go out of their way to help and ensure we were safe. Good parking, although narrow streets so a bit tricky if having visitors, especially on a weekend. Good bin collection on a Friday/Saturday.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have given us the relevant numbers to contact, whether this is HQ or the site manager.

Check everything on your final completion inspection to make sure you are aware of any issues!!

The local area is good to live in only problem is the main road coming into the development has a bridge with is really not suitable for the amount off traffic

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It takes time for someone to be sent out, once their out they do get the job done, but have been recalled for the same job a few times

The building management takes time to sort out problems

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Have currently lived in this development two and a half years, but very disappointed there is still NO sign of a local convenience store selling essential produce, especially considering it being such an extremely large owner occupancy housing estate. However, on a positive note there are some excellent green spaces, a lovely walk to Pudsey, myself and my partner have enjoyed. a fishing pond perfect for when my son comes visiting, and also a great wood for possible picnics plus dog walks also.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Received a swift response after moving into the property as most faults were rectified, apart from a bath seal that had to be removed a few weeks after completing.

I wish prior to moving in that we would have known that the entrance to the development would have been left, with no seating or planters instead just a visible scrap yard, and a visible privately owned caravan adjacent to the development, not really providing an attractive outlook for residents or visitors alike!
