Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Been here a month and it’s been Amazing! The place has been so well kept and the staff are so lovely. It’s so close to everything, it’s all on your doorstep. If you have a car you can also park it in the private car park. You don’t hear any noise really so it’s nice and quiet and the reception makes sure it’s always safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Nothing in particular but any small questions or queries we have had, we have had answered quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing is that I can get warm quickly in the flats if your windows aren’t open

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I honestly love living here! The local shops and restaurants are great – there’s a really nice mix of independent places and well-known names, so there’s always something new to try. We’ve got some lovely parks and green spaces nearby too, which are perfect for a walk or a picnic. Transport links are super handy, with regular buses and trains that make getting around really easy. It’s just a really nice, welcoming area to call home!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have always been delt with quickly and I'm kept up to date with any access. They are also able to fix things whilst im at work which is a bonus!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Really wished I knew how much I would love the apartment and community! Im not planning to stay here much longer that initially expected!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living there is exceptional! the location is great, only 10 minutes' walk from the nearest shopping center and underground station. A verity of cafes and restaurants around. The facility has own parking "with fees" and Qpark parking just a minute away. My apartment is on the 8th floor facing inward towards the courtyard garden, quiet and peaceful. It's just a great place to stay with social frequent social activities, sport activities, and more.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes indeed, It wasn't a problem rather than asking for information on how to operate or to support on specific subject.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Well, I could not think of anything bad because I didn't face any issues till now.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are generally very happy living in this area, even as a family with children. We love how easy it is to step outside and find almost everything we need within walking distance. Of course, there are always things that could be improved — for example, the council could do better with bin collection and maintaining some less pleasant corners around Trongate and Argyle Street — but overall, we’re really happy to be here!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is quick and very helpful when issues arise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we need to decide from the beginning which furniture we wish to remove or not. Mainly to avoid miscommunication.

Living in my local area is very convenient and enjoyable. There are many good shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and the streets are clean and well maintained. Public transport is reliable with frequent buses and train links to the city centre. The area feels safe and friendly, making it a pleasant place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive and helpful. They handle any problems quickly and keep residents informed until the issue is fully resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would recommend new residents to make the most of the great facilities such as the gym, study rooms, and cinema. I didn’t have much time to use them myself, but they are excellent and really add to the living experience.
