Everything is absolutely perfect apart from the temperature in the building as it’s way too hot. No noise to speak of apart from weekends. Some female tenants are a bit loud.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Cooker/ oven was fixed spin a timely manner. I was also offered an alternative apartment to cook in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Recycling doesn’t seem to getting done as I can’t find to bottle bin.

The variety and quality of shops, restaurants, bars and open spaces around the apartment are very good. The accessibility and usability of the apartment itself are also very satisfactory. The living environment on the streets near the apartment is very good, for example, parking availability and rubbish collection are good, and there is no nuisance behaviour or traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The apartment management team responds quickly to any issues raised. These issues are also resolved by professionals within a relatively short time schedule.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be helpful to know the noise level at night before checking in.

Merchant City has everything you need – loads of great restaurants, bars, and shops, plus Glasgow Green is just around the corner. It’s a lively area but feels safe and friendly especially with the front of house 24/7 team. Transport is really convenient with both main train stations nearby and plenty of buses. It’s city centre living, so you do get some noise, but glazing in my appt was really good and I’ve had no issues with anti-social behaviour. Overall, a brilliant location with loads going on.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I had a few technical questions about setting up bills etc and they were super helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You get so much more for your money here than usual rental options. The team put so much into it all.

The range and quality of shops has been brilliant. Convenience stores like tesco and sainsburys are less than 5 minutes away and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes of walking distance. Location is 10/10!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues have been resolved quickly and efficiently by building management . I would really like to extend my gratitude to Laurie from the reception for helping me with any problems - she has supported me with all issues and has been lovely and kind throughout the move in process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think all information has been conveyed beforehand to moving in, there is nothing else I would have thought to have known before moving in.

I am not currently settled in the area because I have only recently moved here. However, I plan to stay for the entire duration of my studies. My current experience is still limited, but I’m optimistic that it will improve over time as I get to know the area and its facilities better.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been generally responsive and helpful when I raised issues. They usually address problems in a timely and professional manner, although during busy times, responses may take a bit longer than expected.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy the common areas can get during peak hours, especially the laundry and study rooms. It would have helped to plan my schedule better. I’d also recommend new residents bring a small fan, as ventilation in some rooms can be limited. Despite these small things, the overall experience has been positive.
