Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Schools are near A lot of noise from constructions. 2.5 years now. Dirty roads with potholes and uneven high humps No shops No restaurants Parking space is good Bin collections are not consistent and sloppy

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Didn't know that construction work around me would carry on for 2.5 years. We had actually asked Cala about this and they didn't mention it would take this long. Affordable housing all around me isn't great either.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Garage needs to be closer to the house. I don't like the fact that it's on the other side of the property

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Locality is good. There are some ok open spaces but the overall development is does feel congested. Traffic noise is significant.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have not. I have raised snagging issues over 2 years ago and has not been looked at.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wished I had known about the latter phases of the development and potential properties to follow.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is not a huge amount of places around MK8 yet - however future development is looking good for entertainment. MK11 is a great music venue/bar and is walkable. The parking availability is huge. There have been some issues with bin collections but sorted out fast.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would have known who my neighbours are - I've had one issue with a neighbour but it's since been fixed.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is the balcony - I wouldn't suggest buying a shared ownership property without one!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area includes primary and secondary schools as well as surgery GP. But it lacks grocery shops and leisure center.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The typical home viewing does not give a full picture about the neighbourhood and how the area looks at night.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature in my home is the design of the rooms.
