This is a good area for families because of the green spaces and all places that people can take kids to. We also have a lot of friends in this area so we get to meet them often and have playdates. It is close to Greenwich so that’s a plus

So much to do
There are so many things to do already on the peninsula and I am excited about everything else that is to come. I was bought up in Greenwich and then rented for a few years in the Millennium Village before moving up the peninsula closer to the North Greenwich tube. I love it here and wouldn’t live anywhere else – I am hoping to get some space in the new design village for my studio.

Great investment
I was drawn to buying here as it is in Zone 2, and Help to Buy is available – otherwise it wouldnt be possible! The future development plans are exciting, and I think it will be a great investment for us. I am renting in Oval but on the Peninsula it feels like there is more of a community developing. It’s also a great place to go running being so close to the river is amazing and being here you can run right around The O2, it’s so quiet and peaceful so it feels like you could be anywhere in the world and we can’t wait to move here.
