Clean and comfortable and safe for kids. However, our service charge goes up dramatically enough every year that it will probably prove to be a money pit in the end. You’ll also not have your own water heater and will be trapped paying £30 a month plus actual usage to Loka. Three years in, we’re only just starting to be billed accurately. If not for their mandatory 10 year contract with new owners, they would not be able to sustain a customer base.

Easy access to the rest of London via the Jubilee line, but the actual local shops are out of town style sheds that are incredibly unpleasant to access as a pedestrian. More often, I get the tube one stop to Canary Wharf to run errands.
Please share one thing (or more) that you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d realised it was a bad idea to be locked into a contract with an energy company that isn’t beholden to OFGEM rules. Also just how unpleasant the walk to the shops would be–we were rushed into placing a deposit due to the London property market.
