We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Initially, very good property management; however, the quality of after-sales service reduced significantly after a few months and dropped to zero once all remaining properties had been sold. Additionally, we are still awaiting removal of advertising boards etc. Only one EV (electrical vehicle) charging point on site for properties denied individual points such as ours. Disappointingly, no interest from either developer or subsequent property management (Encore) to address this issue despite recent news regarding the acceleration to EVs within the next decade. London Road from Ascot to Bracknell far more heavily transited than expected with attendant increases in noise and pollution.

Good development in most ways but miss a club or a common room for indoor social activities. The wooded picnic area yet to be developed by Berkeley Homes. The house design misses a utility room in some of the smaller houses and could have done with one less bathroom for the 4 bedded houses to create space for the utility room. Also, more EV chargers and more covered parking would have been great additions.
