Good local shops, garages, great local parks, some schools, great road access, train station, limited parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Okay, raised a job, had someone contact us to come look at it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there is no extra parking whatsoever, how disappointing. No storage provided for bikes ect.

Good bars shops and restaurants in monton, good access to transport especially trains bin collections have got better no anti social behaviour and can hear the trains

Yes they have responded to issues raised and attended to

That monton is around the corner and is a really good place

Great area to live with amenities close either side in Monton and Eccles. The local area is friendly and there is always something to do with the woods and the canal close by for great walks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sorted within a few day but always acknowledged and done to a good standard

I wish I knew that parking could be limited at times

Really good area. Close to Monton and a great access to Patricroft train station which takes you to Manchester.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issue that we have is sorted very quickly and we have no issues

It would have been good to know that we would have no contact with the landlord

Really amazing place to live as you are not far from Monton Road and the train from Patricroft is also close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very efficient and will help with any issue we have.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the road Green Lane was so busy and drivers are fast down there.
