The development is fresh, good looking and lovely layout. The rooms are spacious and up to date. Whenever we need anything sorted then property management are willing to help as soon as possible. The garden is a good space and perfect for a couple. Fantastic property

The development area is very safe and ideal for people with families. The designs of the building look fresh and appealing to people who either want to live there or visit. The layout is great because the houses all look the same. Property management are always there for you and helpful

Great location and building

The property is a perfect new build and awesome that it has two toilets. A nice layout and compact. The garden is a nice big space where you can have plenty of activities there like BBQs or just chilling in the sun. Nice big space in the living room which gets plenty of sunshine but when the double doors open it airs out lovely.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location to Monton and feels very safe. Fantastic neighbours as well Can be loud with lorries on the remain road

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been on the whole good but could be a bit quicker with responding.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in we would have liked to know more about parking in the area

The actual property is good, spacious and a nice size garden

The actual property is good, spacious and a nice size garden. There have been some issues regarding flooring however they are currently looking at refurbishing the flooring. The walk in wardrobes are beneficial as gives you a lot of storage space. Wish that there was more room for a dining room.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really close to the train station, very close to Monton and trafford centre. Great areas for walks along the canal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are usually quick at responding to any maintenance queries or concerns.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How close the Canal is, the only bus stop that is close is approx 15 minute walk away. Only have one space on drive.
