The area is not the best but the development is not too bad compared to the area

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is overall not very safe, considering there has been many trespassers have been spotted and that has been a topic discussed many times among the residents

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes the responses are helpful and sometimes not but it’s really depending on the issue

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More insights about the whole location about the area not just the street we live in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The train transportation is really convenient . The surrounding environment and open spaces are nice. Parking is guaranteed and bins are collected in time. The only drawback is the road can be noisy in the morning.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really quick. The reporting process is also really easy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be good if you can measure the property as it is difficult to evaluate furnitures for a compact apartment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close drive to the local town in Monton with quite a few shops, straight next to train tracks [although mainly cancelled], good parking with driveways, though the residents facing the canal seem to think they own the road... bin collections have always been fine, i live next to the road so there's a lot of traffic noise at all times due to being next to a UPS centre. Alot of anti-social and drunks waking up and down the main road mainly on weekends [most likely coming from eccles], screaming and yelling.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They do get back in touch with you regarding any reported issues, though earlier this year next-door to our's [vacant house] alarm was going off for around 2 weeks straight, we reported it multiple times, they didn't fix it for ages.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew about the anti-social behaviour especially on the weekends with living so close to the main road. The fact that there's an extremely busy UPS centre right next to the development which is constantly active, also a lot of dust in the area so you really need a air purifier running 24/7 in any bedrooms / main areas of your property to filter out the dust.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is fine, plenty of shops and transport links. Very busy with traffic. Parking needs to be better, theres plenty of spaces free and it should be allocated to tenants who live together and both have cars. There is also a few noisy neighbours that the property manager has done nothing about.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slow and constantly having to follow up otherwise nothing gets done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Did not expect anything. Wish I know there are NO visitor parking, been lied to about that

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is the biggest draw to this street, with Monton being a stone’s throw away, a bustling but professional area for drinking. The train station is a 2 min walk to get you into Manchester and the airport, and great dog walking amenities nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes eventually but with some jobs still outstanding. Fixed a roof leak but not done the cosmetic repairs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That rent would go up as much as it does, we now pay 125 a month more than we did when we first moved in 2 years ago
