Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, close to parks and natural walking trails, good quality roads, nice neighbourhood, spacious sidewalks, clean and very kids friendly. Development is close to the train station and Wilmslow town and schools There is no much parking availability however and houses are very close together.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Dave, Vicki in the offices and Bruce Lawson have helped us tremendously and we thank them so much !!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Great hone, no comment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A quiet location which has good and convenient access to Wilmslow town centre which is in walking distance. In addition there are excellent transport links via the local station, Manchester airport and the motorway network.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All snags were dealt with promptly and any other issues which arose in the first two years of occupancy were also dealt with in a timely manner

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

An option to re-site some light fittings and plugs prior to moving in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I've always lived in the area and that's the reason I chose Bollin park, we regularly walk in to wilmslow. The street we live on is nice but still unfinished 2 1/2 years later. Parking is a nightmare if more than one person lives in a house there is constant problems with parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

At first they were really good as there were quite a few issues with the house but they still haven't resolved some of the issues a year later and I can't get hold of anyone in customer service either.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

how long the building work would go on for and the parking issues

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the development is perfect for me-on the outskirts of Wilmslow with countryside (the Bollin Valley) very nearby yet only a 20 minute walk into the centre of Wilmslow, with transport connections to Manchester and London and excellent schools, shops, cinema, restaurants, bars and much more besides. The development itself is quiet, with little traffic and a good mix of residents ranging from young professional couples, families, "empty-nesters" and retirees.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I guess there are few new-builds that don't have a few "snagging " problems to be attended to and my house was no exception but I did find the site management team and particularly the maintenance team helpful and responsive and all were remedied in a timely fashion

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That I could have bought the freehold at a reduced price if I had done so at the time of purchase of the house
