Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

20 minute walk to town for local shops, bars restaurants etc. The '55 minutes to London Marylebone' signage on the site is yet to be experienced! Inadequate off road parking for residents was perpetuated by construction site staff parking along the main road initially - simply put its a poorly designed layout when far more off road parking was required for the number of houses built. No issues with bin collections, except the lorries block the road due to cars parked on road.

How little RedRow care once they have been paid & how inadequate the parking is on site.

What is the best feature of your home:

Large ensuite bathroom is great, although the shower tray had to be replaced 3 times despite us being of avergae build!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Sainsbury's, Morrisons supermarkets are 5 mins by car. Town centre and all the pubs/restaurants also 5 mins. There is a bus stop right next to the main street on the road to Bloxham. We haven't used local transport services yet. We have one allocated parking spot on our drive way (including one in our garage). There are some places on the street where you can park though only on temporary basis. It is mainly for visitors of residents. It's not allowed to park along the main Tyrrell street as some residents sadly do. Bin collection is a few steps from our doorstep. There is almost no traffic noise just sometimes you can hear traffic from the development site.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been great to have our internet connection sorted before our move here as there was only one provider for this development site anyway. The one chosen though does not belong among the cheapest ones so it was a shame we couldn't pick the service we wanted to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

We'd like to have wider driveway and slightly bigger garden.

Parking is good. Bin collection is great. Location is perfect, beautiful. Traffic noise is none existent, a little issue with seeing someone buying drugs, but have reported this to the police. Not a Redrow issue. A general public issue,could happen away where.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Getting a water bill. Nearly impossible!! We’ve been in 6 months and are still unable to get a water bill. Not a Redrow issue but would be helpful if Redrow could use their might and make them give us a bill.... we just want to pay before it mounts up and we struggle.

What is the best feature of your home:

High ceilings, open plan space and parking/garage is a bonus

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

20 minutes walk to town centre. Good range of shops including out of town centres. Sainsbury, Morrison, M&S, Waitrose and Tesco nearby. Mainline train to London from town. Live in a cul-de-sac which should have had not through access from other cul-de-sacs but construction traffic, taxis and delivery drivers have used it as cut through. Posts finally in place. Development opens out onto bridleway and countryside.

The cul-de-sac demarcation.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Poorly applied silicone sealant around the floor tiles. Applied whilst property still dirty.
