Lovely neighbours within our estate who keep the houses looking good. Lots of shops that are easy to get too and perks. Sadly lots of graffiti, a insane amount of litter and glass everywhere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely not. Has been extremely painful trying to get anyone to fix things

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Storage is scarce in a new build- to be expected but should be considered

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very local to many shops, including a new development being built. Close to work, and close to many schools.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had promt replies however not always actioned with the same speed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we knew about the way the drive was going to be left, or the state the garden was going to be left in. Pros are we have a huge kitchen which isn't usual for new builds.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close the shopping centre within 3 min walking distance. 2 min walk to nearest primary school. Bus route directly in front of estate. Bin collections are on time and traffic nose is low. Parking is good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management haven’t yet made any contact as the site is still being run by Gleeson the developer

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Gleeson don’t allow any owners to convert garages or build extensions anymore and they are very rude on the phone and email Particularly the head of customer service - Amy

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is very conveniently located near M58 and M6 motorway links. There is a variety of local shopping facilities including an Asda supermarket and good transport links

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues have been dealt with in a quick and efficient manner with no additional charges or worries

I wish I'd known how easy the buying process was - I'd of done it sooner!
