Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is generally very good with a good range of shops, restaurants and a pharmacy nearby, which makes day to day living convenient. There are also pleasant open spaces around the development. Living on the street is quiet and peaceful with no major issues.The main drawback is public transport. As an NHS worker sometimes relies on buses, the lack of a direct bus service from Littlemoor to Dorchester can be inconvenient. A direct route would greatly improve accessibility and make the development ideal. Additional street lighting in the lanes would also improve safety and visibility, especially at night.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing we wish we had known before moving in is that the second bathroom only has a bath and no shower, which may not suit everyone
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature of our home is the big backyard and the spacious living room, which provide plenty of space for family life. The tiled bathroom and modern kitchen hob also add to the comfort and quality of the home. Specially the solar panels are great addition.

All facilities are available in this area including shops not far, post office just across the road, doctor surgery nearby.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It's next to road so very noisy at night. No plumbing in garden
What is the best feature of your home:
All goods available and garden with grass. Carpet included
