Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Waterlooville is somewhat a down trodden area right now . Definitely in need of some TLC. Not a pleasant place to visit.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As I have not raised any issues I have no comment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only issue I have is with the extraordinary rent increase.

Not a bad development, could be better but could be worse!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location close to plenty of countryside whilst at the same time easily commutable to Portsmouth / Southampton / London. Some noise from some of the areas where rent is subsidised. Good reserved parking but not much for visitors. Local shops poor with more closing by the month.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yup, fixed some bits in my bathroom and sorted an issue out with rubbish collection

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You’ll need to drive somewhere for a decent night out, Waterlooville isn’t it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are losing more & more open space as it's being bought by developers. Definitely wasn't on the initial plans. The estate itself has no facilities bar 1 primary school. Traffic from the one school is increasing, this is mainly due to people being allocated school places when they do not live on the estate. Anti social behaviour is also increasing

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fairly quick response to issues but have been messed about in the past with days/times of engineers attending

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The plans for more and more building without the infrastructure to support it

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not a bad place to live, local shops quite poor but nicely close to town and some lovely green spaces such as the Southdowns. 15m to the station for London and other out of area travel is very convenient. Bit mix if tenants and private owners means sometimes neighbours can fluctuate but on the main everyone is nice. Very close to local schools.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, and any that I have have been resolved quickly with minimal disruption

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s a bike store, you’ll need to ask for a key
