Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Kingsgrove still under development but with what we can see from now, it’s positive. Green space all around, many routes available for walking, running and cycling. The future of the estate looks good with some good facilities for all. Parks, shops, pub, football pitches and even a skate park will be located within Kingsgrove. Transport, there is a good link to Didcot where there is the direct line to London in less than 45min. The community spirit is fantastic here and in our street. Children playing in our street are absolutely lovely and make this place to life. The downside is probably the parking for visitors, most of the time some owners have 3 cars for 1 car park and garage therefore they park on visitor car park which is not ideal when you have someone visiting and have no place to park. Bin are collected regularly and without any issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Customer services responded very well to the issues we’ve raised. The site team have not responded well at all, this is why we went to the customer service direct to solve the issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Perhaps to negotiate more paving slabs installed to get at least a table in front the patio.

Wantage is a quiet but nice village, I tend to go into London/Oxford. Transport links are bad to Wantage but good to Didcot which is a 15 minute drive. Living on my street is good and I have no complaints.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The majority of the time it has been quite quick and they chase people up if it is taking a bit longer.

I underestimated how difficult it is to get to other towns from Wantage using public transport
