Good gym to enjoy , some good restaurants we eat well . Pub is okay with some choice of foods some is traditional English with choice of some platters , now open some new American place , with expensive menu little over cook but some nice burgers stack

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

As tenants we are extremely disappointed from suffering thefts , anti social behaviour and more . The management company have failed us in providing cctv and claim no camera is working but we pay for working camera and 3 time my bike was stolen no help just some excuses and lies . Also some drug smell everywhere with dealings .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Too much different staff always new face and different excuses. Lies

Better management Needed , not good reputation so very disappointed

Nice and pleasant living

Satisfied with St.George development from Berkeley Group, the whole purchase process is quite smooth, handover date is earlier than the expected month which is quite surprised for me. Dilpreet has done a great job on the aftersales follow up, such as arrange handyman to help hang my rails and curtain, assemble cabinet, etc. Will surely recommend this developer to my friends.

Tesco express and Sainsbury nearby, quite a lot of supermarkets near Colindale Station, generally low traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Build management is nice and helpful, but concierge sometimes missed my emails and forgot to respond and follow up, still have room for improvement.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Generally nice, however, the refrigerator size is quite small, barely enough for 3 adults.

Decent developement but with room to improve

The initial customer service is very nice. It's good that there is a garden and a gym &spa within the development. The indoor car park is nice and clean, however, where you actually park will depend on the availability as they sell the right to park and not an exact parking bay.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property has nice facilities within the development ( gym, shops, restaurant) however it's quite a distance to the nearest bank branch and the walk to the tube station is long when the weather is horrible.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Relatively fast during the first few months when we first settled in, which was helpful.

The fact that we can't choose our own electricity supplier

Great development with quality build! The quality and finishing of each flat is tailored to your wants and the developers/customer management team go over and beyond to make sure your requirements are met. The views and surrounding gardens are a great addition and make the development look great.

Comfortable place, with good appliances and nice design A little bit far from the center but only one train line of about 30min until Kings Cross. Charming neighbourhood with welcoming people and easy access. Too close to the police academy though, the notice will keep you awake
