Firstly the build quality is appalling - verified by a survey. Bloors basically cut every corner they can to build as cheaply as possible - using very poor quality sub-contractors who are inadequately supervised or quality checked - if at all. Your guarantees are worth nothing - they will evade every responsibility they can. And then their appointed managing agents - Blenheims SW. They are just appalling - don't expect any honestly, integrity, or even maintenance of the common areas. You will question what on earth you pay the maintenance charge for? They evade and refuse to deal with common area problems which in the lease is the Landlord's responsibility (Bloors) and the deadly duo of Bloors and Blenheims will collude to treat you like dirt and not like a customer or proper tenant at all. The issue is one of an incorrectly installed balcony - leading to deterioration of common areas in the lease. And a refusal by Bloors to rectify the issue, either as shoddy builder, or as Landlord. And inaction by Blenheims, the managing agent for maintaining common areas, to do any maintenance. (No doubt on the instruction of the Landlord) Absolutely disgusted - avoid Bloor Homes and Blenheims SW. Look at the photos Bloors and Blenheims - are you proud of this on a 4 year old flat?
