Like everything is changing and up and coming no new shops etc Dislike is change causes noise pollution and the shopping centre is falling apart so it needs to be changed

They said that neighbouring buildingso and shops would be done but they're not

Promised local companies that aren't there yet A lot of greenery and landscape and looks clean Feel safe, all likes

How long the development would take, it's very delayed, prefer a more realistic timeline

Convenience, close to centre, Burgess park is clean, safe and close Lack of restaurants and bars

Nothing comes to mind, I felt like I was well informed- no surprises

Like that it's connected to center of town, don't like that there aren't as many parks and green spaces in comparison to North London where I previously lived

Problems with plumbing but wouldn't say misinformed about the area
