Brilliant building management and facilities. The reception is well designed and the property is comfortable to live in and have no negative comments to raise. The design is modern and clean which actually exceeded my expectations and the location is the greatest ANYONE can find

AXIS is at a prime location with moder design. In addition to this, people at the Concierge are kind, easy going and helpfu. They are amazing people and it is always a pleasure to chat with them. Thanks to Roberta, Magdy and .... The building is managed well and clean. I hope AXIS will try to find some space, may be at the lower ground floors to accommodate a gym room !

Good transport links with a variety of drinking, dining places. Shopping convenient. Supermarkets and convenient stores are within minutes walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management always respond quick to my questions and resolve the problems to my satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish someone would give me a short guide on how to use the equipment and appliances inside the apartment. This would save me time to read the user manuals. Unfortunately, there was not !

The design is immaculate at first glance you’d think how did they manage to put this angelic structure on this tight space. In terms of looks and design Axis has to be one of Manchester’s Gems. The building management is top notch as they are on top of every issue from bin collection to parcels

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Noise is minimal but concierge service is execellent. There’s a sainsbury local literally 2 mins walk from the building, restaurant and bars and literally outside the development

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Brilliant, Roberta has been amazing managing the conceive team and overall problems in the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Windows are electrical. And perhaps we could do with a park I t discount for nearby car parks

The design is very modern and clean. Place is always kept in good shape. Receptionists very welcoming and kind made friends with some. Secure parcel placements . Does lack some facilities as in gym. But its location makes up for it. Secure building with 24 hour concierge

It’s location is excellent, tram right next to it which helps transfer all over the city. next to the university which helps students save time and money in transportation

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very fast responders, though I haven’t needed to use them Much

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t have any comments but 2 elevators are sometimes not enough for the whole building. However they do have good heaters and comfortable mattresses

It would be great to have a gym or a bigger lobby with study spaces. Many of the towers around have big lobbies where residents enjoy their time and some lounge which we book for a day, to invite our friends over. They also have study spaces which is great

Good: great location, the best in the city. Great concierge and housekeeping. Bad: night shift concierge is bad, no facilities like gym or study spaces .

Always takes my issues into consideration and try to help me.

That the apartment didn't come with a microwave. Thats all really nothing important
