Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The village is beautiful. Transport expensive and not very often. Streets are narrow so difficult to get through when cars are parked on the side of roads. Bin collection s every two weeks and there is an extra charge for green waete.pubs are lovely but expensive. Taylor Wimpey play area is mainly weeds and rubble from the building site.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management Company is poor does not respond to issues. Charges have increased 50% this year.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had know that the management fee s are not capped and these companies are not regulated so you have no way of disputing their charges.
