The area is excellent and full of amenities. Lotsnof bus and tube options as well as great access in all parts of London. Lovely walks along the canal and the kings cross estate

The location is amazing a short walk from Kings Cross and full of amenities and great places to hang out. Well landscaped and clean, very safe and busy so always something to do.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always respond quickly and efficiently to any issues.

Go out and explore the local area as much as you can.

Having lived in London for 12 years in several different areas, Kings Cross is my favourite. It’s full of life and buzz, with a huge range of activities, shops and restaurants - and it keeps getting better with new places opening. Feels very safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes - any time we have had a maintenance issue, the management/concierge/maintenance team have fixed it quickly and efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is no built-in microwave in the apartment (so will need to buy a freestanding one). Air con in the apartment is very effective.

The area is in a very good place. Kings Cross Station is just 10 minutes walk away and you've got many restaurants and supermarkets and the alma cafe in the neighborhood.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Every issue we've got was sorted very quick with a high level standard.

Amazing location right at King's Cross. You can walk to a multitude of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as have easy access to 3 major train stations.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Other than maintenance we haven't raised any concerns, and our maintenance issues have been resolved quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The combo washer/dryer is a bad idea. Our's is working but the cycles take forever and it only holds a tiny amount of laundry. If you do a lot of laundry, this will be a pain point for sure.
