A direct bus (390) about 10m from the apartment makes travels to and from the city very convenient. A 10 minute walk to the canal areas that is very lively with shops , cafes and pubs. Kids walked 15 minutes from Kings Cross station frequently.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very fast response and able to answer our questions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Provide shower gel. Hygienic instead of sharing soap bar. Good to inform in the information deck for us to bring our own shower gel. Install bidet in the WC.

The area is by far one of the best in London. A few mins from Granary Square. Beautifully landscaped and clean modern environment

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes all the time, on time and super helpful always

How close it is to granary square and coals drop yard. Everything you need is right outside your doorstep

It's situated by many great shops and there's always events happening in coal drops yard. It's a little far of a walk from the tube station, however you can get almost anywhere from the station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I was having issues with my air conditioning, I informed the front desk and they reached out to maintenance and it was resolved the next day.

I wasn't sure initially if there'd be things to do in the area. However, King's Cross turned out to be a great place to live!

Living in the King's Cross area is incredibly convenient. The range of local amenities is impressive, with high-quality supermarkets like Waitrose and a diverse selection of restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. Being so close to St Pancras International means transport links are unparalleled, making both local commuting and international travel effortless. The street level is generally well-maintained and feels safe, with efficient bin collections and a vibrant, modern atmosphere that captures the best of London living.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team is very responsive. Whenever I’ve raised a maintenance request or a general inquiry, they have acknowledged it promptly and resolved the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Their professional approach makes living here feel very supported.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how excellent the communal social spaces are—I would have started using them for co-working much sooner! Also, a tip for new neighbors: definitely explore the various local shortcuts to King's Cross station, as it can save you quite a bit of time during the morning rush.

Great location and amenities, but noise and busy surroundings can be a downside. However great living overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick and sufficient, had a minor problem at the flat and Ernest fixed it right away

I wish I had known how busy the King’s Cross area can get during peak hours and events. The location is amazing, but it does mean more foot traffic and noise than expected at times. It’s still a great place to live—just helpful to be aware of the liveliness of the neighborhood.
