Great area to live in, safe, friendly neighbours and overall amazing. Felt very safe the whole time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always always always so helpful and respond to any and all questions

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Commute to work, particularly walk to the station.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

An absolutely perfect location - part of the KX estate, but far enough away from the center of it to remain quiet. Everything you would need is within walking distance and access to transport is excellent. The trains can create some subtle noise (the triple glazing really shines here with noise control).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have a direct WhatsApp chat with the concierge and everything has been handled spectacularly. Any issues that we have raised, from needing to know how something worked through replacing a showerhead, has been addressed promptly and professionally.

Truly, nothing I can think of that we would have wanted to know before moving in.

We got all the lovely and essential shops around us. Bus stops right outside of the building. Huge +

They are responsive : and good at problem solving ;)

I would like to know about the buildings and different layouts of flat and facings.

Amazing area, coal drops yard has so much to offer and if you go the other way towards islington there are some lovely pubs and parks too!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes responded to any issues and rectified them very quickly

Nothing to add here, had a really great experience

King’s Cross has a fantastic variety of local shops, cafes, and open green spaces nearby. Transport links are exceptionally convenient for commuting and the street itself is generally quiet and peaceful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well. I recently had a query and derek responded very promptly and well.
