The design of the house it lovely. It works so well as an open plan which allows easy flowing living.

The rooms are all a good size especially the spare bedrooms.

It was great to be able to choose all are internal colours and designs which saved us having to change them later.

We’ve being living here for 2 years and have been very happy. The community is lovey and having a park on our door stop has been a blessing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would have been nice to know that the building on site would take as long as it did.

What is the best feature of your home:

Lovey open plan living with a good size bedrooms and garden

Well thought out development, feeling of space unlike some others. Not too many houses, still feels exclusive. Houses different designs adding to interest.
Snagging issues dealt with promptly and always with a smile! Site Manager and his Deputy always willing to go the extra mile.
There is a lack of storage space for a five bedroom house but we converted under the stairs where there is a huge space, problem solved. We love our house.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Good location. Public transport , frequent buses to nearby towns. Rail 10 mins away. Two local pubs. Great park with new community centre, cafe, play area, football pitches, tennis, bowls etc Quiet development, plenty of parking. Couple of local shops for every day needs but choice of large supermarkets within a couple of miles.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Check which way your house and garden are facing.

What is the best feature of your home:

Space, design, layout , garden. Glass balustrade in hall and landing.

A very nice place to live.

The estate is becoming busier, with more people moving in. Whilst this has increased traffic/noise, for the time being, it retains a peaceful atmosphere. I feel some of the houses have been built too closer together, although for the most part, privacy remains high.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The development is ideally situated close to a number of towns and villages, making trips to the shops etc a short drive. There are several train lines located nearby, which makes commuting to London easy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Who to contact regarding snagging.

What is the best feature of your home:

The build quality and internal colours made the house very desirable.

Overall – would recommend

Development hasn’t yet been taken over by the management company, as the developers are still on site. However they are very proactive to keep the area clean and tidy. Garden is a very good size for a new build property. There is a small retail space on site, however it has not yet been taken over by a shop owner. Children’s play area on site.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Great accessibility to larger retail spaces, but a secluded location outside of Aylesbury. Some distant traffic noise from the nearby A41 with a northerly wind.
Walking distance to multiple pubs with great food! Plenty of walking routes around the local area and out to the reservoirs and canal. Large recreation ground 10min walk.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Snagging lists are long, but builders do resolve all the issues and are willing to do so.

What is the best feature of your home:

2 en-suites. 2 dressing rooms. Bi-Fold doors in lounge. Double garage.
