The development is ideally situated close to a number of towns and villages, making trips to the shops etc a short drive. There are several train lines located nearby, which makes commuting to London easy.

We’ve being living here for 2 years and have been very happy. The community is lovey and having a park on our door stop has been a blessing.

Would have been nice to know that the building on site would take as long as it did.

Good location. Public transport , frequent buses to nearby towns. Rail 10 mins away. Two local pubs. Great park with new community centre, cafe, play area, football pitches, tennis, bowls etc Quiet development, plenty of parking. Couple of local shops for every day needs but choice of large supermarkets within a couple of miles.

Check which way your house and garden are facing.

What is the best feature of your home:

Space, design, layout , garden. Glass balustrade in hall and landing.

Great accessibility to larger retail spaces, but a secluded location outside of Aylesbury. Some distant traffic noise from the nearby A41 with a northerly wind. Walking distance to multiple pubs with great food! Plenty of walking routes around the local area and out to the reservoirs and canal. Large recreation ground 10min walk.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Snagging lists are long, but builders do resolve all the issues and are willing to do so.

What is the best feature of your home:

2 en-suites. 2 dressing rooms. Bi-Fold doors in lounge. Double garage.
