Excellent service from start to finish from Roxanne, I would highly recommend this company, The house is stunning

I hadn’t heard about shared ownership until recently, wow it just works so well.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the kitchen and the outside, it’s a good looking house.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I absolutely love this area! It’s very quiet and all of the houses are kept so lovely outside and it gorgeous all the time. The flowers all around are so pretty. Everyone is so friendly also when walking my dog so many people spoke to me. The co op just over the road is perfect as never have to go far in a rush to grab something from the shop.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how happy I would be here, I had been through a slightly rough time and I happened to find this estate and applied to rent and was accepted, now I am the happiest I have been in a long time, me and my children are thriving here

What is the best feature of your home:

Dishwasher, on suite, downstairs toilet and big garden

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This area is great, it’s close by to local amenities, but also far enough out to feel like you’re not in the city. Lots of green space and not too heavily polluted either traffic.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had realised how much dust would fly around with the development still being underway, it certainly makes your car dirty on a regular :)

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is the size of it, for a 2 bedrooms property there is so much space and certainly doesn’t feel like a 2 bed, very well throughout design.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Have lived at Arkall Farm for less than a week and have found that it is very accessible to the local shops, retail park, railway station if driving. I have children who will attend a local senior school within walking distance. Our street is quiet even with some construction work at the end of the Avenue. The construction workers are very respectful when homes are occupied and do not park outside of homes/driveways. I've not had bins delivered yet but have had a calendar of collections from the local council. Lots of families on the estate and there is a dog walk area with bins so great for walking the dog. Just outside the estate there is a local Co-op store with a postbox and In-Locker facilities. I've not yet found anything I don't like.

The viewing and application process was pretty seamless which is quite a surprise when privately renting. The staff at Lloyds Living have been fantastic and very professional from my first initial enquiry right up to getting the keys. I have no complaints.

What is the best feature of your home:

It's hard to pick just one but for me it's probably the kitchen. All modern and plenty of space and easy to clean and maintain.
