It is only a short walk into town so a lot of nice places to go for food. Heavy traffic at rush hour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly for the most part. Trouble with the wifi when we first moved in as there wasnt a plug socket where the internet connection was.

How hard it was going to be to get parcels delivered

I enjoy that the public transport service is good in the area as there is a bus stop with transport leading right to picadily gardens. I also enjoy that the neighbourhood is developed and peaceful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been resolved. However, there are still some additional repairs that need to be made.

How to use the boiler and that it would have needed repairing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

it is super convenient for ancoats and close enough to central manchester without feeling too busy. the nearest supermarket is a 15 minute walk but there are plenty of local shops and corner shops nearer

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Super quick and simple to raise issues, never had any serious issues and everyone is really friendly

There is two doors to access the building, which is super convenient

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s a few off licences for small bits if needed and is close to Aldi and Asda for big shops as well as some good takeaway spots close by. Close to Northern Quarter for a good range of bars as well. Bit of anti social behaviour but never too loud. Is on Oldham so there is traffic around but never too loud.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have quickly replied to any issues and fixed them within the week.

We were never told about where our electric meter was but found it in the end.

As a tenant at Apple Building, I've had a positive experience with Ocasa. The service provided has been consistently good, and the team is responsive to any needs or concerns. One of the highlights is the ample parking available, which has made life a lot easier. Overall, it's been a great place to live, and I'm pleased with the level of service and convenience. Bad bits are bins overflow sometimes

The building management has been very responsive to any problems or issues I've raised. They handle requests promptly and efficiently - overall great

If you rely on the lift frequently or have a lot to carry, it's something to be aware of. On the positive side, the building management is usually quick to address these issues, but it can still be an inconvenience when it happens.
