Living in our local area has been a great experience overall. Ikechukwu, Samson, Kwam, and Ross are all wonderful neighbours — friendly, respectful, and always willing to lend a hand when needed. The community spirit here is strong, and everyone looks out for one another, which creates a warm and welcoming environment. The local shops offer a good range of products, and there are several nice restaurants and bars nearby that cater to different tastes. Open spaces are well-maintained and perfect for walks, exercise, or simply relaxing outdoors. Transport links are generally reliable and convenient, with buses and trains running regularly, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hours. Parking is usually available on the street, and bin collections are consistent and efficient. There’s very little anti-social behaviour, and the area feels safe both day and night. Overall, it’s a pleasant and comfortable place to live with a strong sense of community thanks to people like Ikechukwu, Samson, Kwam, and Ross.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive and efficient, addressing any issues quickly and keeping residents informed throughout the process.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how friendly and supportive the community is. The neighbours, including Ikechukwu, Samson, Kwam, and Ross, make the area feel welcoming and safe. I also didn’t realise how well-managed the building is — maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the shared spaces are always spotless. For anyone new moving in, I’d suggest taking advantage of the local parks, cafés, and transport links, as they really enhance the quality of life here. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience living in this development.

Living in my local area has a good mix of positives and a few challenges. There’s a decent range of local shops, from small independents to a few well-known chains, and plenty of cafés and restaurants offering a nice variety of food. The bars are friendly and relaxed, and there are several open spaces and parks nearby that make it great for walking or relaxing outdoors. Transport links are fairly reliable, with frequent buses and a nearby train station, though traffic can get quite busy at peak times. Parking on my street can sometimes be difficult, especially in the evenings, but bin collections are regular and efficient. The area feels safe overall, with little anti-social behaviour, and the neighbours — especially Ike, Sam, Ralph, and Kwam — are all really nice and make the community feel welcoming.

I wish I had known how limited the parking spaces could be during busy hours — it’s something that doesn’t stand out during a viewing. Also, it would have been useful to know that noise from nearby traffic can be noticeable at certain times of day. On the positive side, I didn’t realise how friendly and supportive the neighbours would be — people like Ike, Sam, Ralph, and Kwam really make the place feel like home. My tip for new neighbours would be to get involved in community chats or events early on; it makes settling in much easier.

Public transport links are fairly reliable, with regular buses and nearby train connections, although they can get busy during peak hours. Parking on my street can be difficult at times, and bin collections are sometimes missed. Generally, the neighbourhood feels safe, though there’s occasional noise from traffic at night. Ike, Sam, Kwam, and Ralph each bring something special to the group. Ike is reliable and always willing to help others, someone you can count on in any situation. Sam is full of positive energy and always knows how to make people laugh. Kwam is thoughtful and creative, often coming up with great ideas and solutions. Ralph is hardworking and friendly, the kind of person who makes everyone feel welcome. Together, they make a great team and bring out the best in one another.

I wish I had known how busy parking can get in the evenings and weekends — finding a space can sometimes be a challenge. It would’ve also been helpful to know about occasional noise from nearby traffic. On the positive side, the community is very friendly, and the building management team is approachable and quick to help with any concerns. My advice to new neighbours would be to get involved in the resident groups — it’s a great way to stay informed and meet people.

Bars are friendly and relaxed, though nightlife is limited compared to the city centre. Open spaces are well-kept, with parks that are great for walks and families. Transport links are fairly reliable with frequent buses and a nearby train station, though traffic can get heavy during rush hour. My street is generally quiet with decent parking availability, regular bin collections, and minimal anti-social behaviour. I’d like to acknowledge **Ikechukwu, Samson, Kwam, and Ross** for being really nice and doing a great job in the community — they help make the area feel welcoming and well looked after.

The building management usually replies to all my problems raised within an hour which is great and helpful

If I would have knows there is a community app where all the residents could raise their issues and other concerns I wouldn’t have had a second thought on moving to angel gardens
