Manchester is a great place to live and having angel gardens located perfectly within the city makes getting things done easier as I am close to wherever I need to be

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The concierge team has been great while I have been here. They have been on hand to help me. Kwam, James, Tashinga, Stephen & Fidela have been helpful every single time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how much it rains in Manchester lol but the team at angel garden always brightens up my day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

James who runs the development is extremely helpful, and always is the first point of call when we have any issues or concerns. He’s made our time in Manchester much easier and has helped a lot with feeling involved in the community, especially as he runs the weekly 5 a side games.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We suffered a broken window and have been moved to an alternative flat and given a discount for the future, which we are happy with.

The community aspect is great, and there’s lots of opportunities to meet people. I play in weekly 5 a side games on the rooftop football pitch.

Amazing living experience here at Moda! Angel Gardens, I couldn’t say a bad thing about living here. They have fantastic staff, RALPH, JAMES, FIDELIA, KWAM ALL DO AN AMAZING JOB

The management are extremely effective and quick to respond to any issues

love living at angel gardens. absolutely fantastic location especially if you work in the city. lovely building and staff especially RALPH! top feller! as well as JAMES and FIDELIA and KWAM

the building management has been on point. especially RALPH, JAMES, FIDELIA

i wish i knew just how convenient having a concierge is.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have lived at Moda Gardens for 8 months and loved every moment. The location is perfect - walking distance to the Northern Quarters bars and restaurants. The team at Moda are fantastic and are on hand to help with anything 24/7. James is the Resident Ambassador and he especially has been fantastic with the organisation of the Tuesday evening 5 a side, coordination of regular events and arranging for residents to get discounts at bars and restaurants. He had built a really community feel for the residents and I have really liked that.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. There have hardly been any issues but if anything has arisen it has been dealt with promptly.

If you require parking suggest you put your name on the list as early as possible.
