The good aspects of living in the local area of Moda Angel Gardens are abundant. The location is fantastic, with the heart of the city just a stone's throw away, making it easy to access all the best spots within walking distance. Additionally, the apartment building itself is covered in art, adding creativity and style to the surroundings, and the views from the apartments are stunning.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management at Moda Angel Gardens has been very responsive to any problems or issues that I've raised. For example, when there were some minor issues with package deliveries, the management team quickly took steps to resolve the issue and I've seen improvements since.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing that I wish I had known before moving into Moda Angel Gardens is that the gym could benefit from a bit more equipment. While the gym is well-maintained and has everything you need for a good workout. There are a few pieces of equipment that would be nice to have added for certain and there is the space for it. However, this is a relatively minor issue, and overall, I've been very happy with my experience at Moda Angel Gardens.

Everything is amazing in here with everything available to live with. Close to the city center and the main station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Super fast and professional. The problem usually solved within 1 day

That is a great place to love & they also let you choose your amenities provider

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I can’t fault living in Manchester City at all. AG is local to loads of stuff so you are never far from anything you could possibly want.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Anthony has been around a couple times - to check our water and to put a tv up. He’s ace - cannot fault him at all. Nothing is too much trouble for him.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking situ, and that the amenities cost. Not sure why but i thought they were free, and £50 for the cinema room I think is extortionate.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is wonderful, not much noise from the outside considering we're city centre. Great walking distance to Printworks and Arndale.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes almost immediately, the ticket system is a good way of tracking the queries

Nothing much, I was very aware of what we were coming into

Love living at Moda angel gardens, nothing compares to the outstanding service from the concierge. Especially Ralph, Kwam, Prince, James who go above and beyond

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Swift and with urgency and professionalism and great respect

I wish i knew just how close it is to everything which makes it so much easier to move around
