The good aspects of living in the local area of Moda Angel Gardens are abundant. The location is fantastic, with the heart of the city just a stone's throw away, making it easy to access all the best spots within walking distance. Additionally, the apartment building itself is covered in art, adding creativity and style to the surroundings, and the views from the apartments are stunning.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management at Moda Angel Gardens has been very responsive to any problems or issues that I've raised. For example, when there were some minor issues with package deliveries, the management team quickly took steps to resolve the issue and I've seen improvements since.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing that I wish I had known before moving into Moda Angel Gardens is that the gym could benefit from a bit more equipment. While the gym is well-maintained and has everything you need for a good workout. There are a few pieces of equipment that would be nice to have added for certain and there is the space for it. However, this is a relatively minor issue, and overall, I've been very happy with my experience at Moda Angel Gardens.

It’s a great place to live with access to local shops. It is very close to the bus station and tram stops

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always on time and helped resolve all my issues. Great people

Nothing at all, everything was in place and as i expected it

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is very convenient, with shops, restaurants, cafes, and a shopping centre all within walking distance. My flat faces the courtyard, so I don't hear traffic noise. However, a gym is underneath Block B, and the loud music is a noise issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team is very responsive to issues raised. I’ve interacted with Kwam, Anthony, and Matthew on the app or in person; they’ve all been helpful. I want to give a special shout-out to Anna. She has been accommodating and prompt in addressing my inquiries, even on weekends. Thank you, Anna!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I did a virtual viewing, and Anna sent me videos of the apartment before I moved in. I wish I had known that we must go through block A to access the gym and sky lounge.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

great area in terms of accessibility! Theres a co-op next to us so shopping is always near by. Also living across the road from arndale is ultra convenient, not much else to ask for!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick and each problem is addressed promptly. Reception is very nice, james, will and kevin have been great in helping out with any of our queries!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not much, the moving process was very smooth. So not much to reflect on!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to city centre and public transport, has its own indoor parking area, pet friendly with a very nice gyms and common area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We requested to make our second bedroom inti a home office, and the staffs here are really helpful with moving the bed out.

It’s really nice that they have an app that allows everyone living here to share information and build relationships.
