excellent, chill area - modern apartments with great facilities and location! Very convenient living space, felt at home really quickly with support from the management with the move

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responses have always been prompt and supportive..

I wish I knew more about the internet options and opportunities to upgrade if needed

The building is a brilliant place to live and work. It offers everything you could need from a modern, relaxed environment – perfect for both downtime and productivity. All the facilities are kept to a very high standard and are always tidy and clean. The flats themselves are really well fitted out, with a sleek modern kitchen, a huge comfortable bed, and plenty of storage space, which makes day-to-day living very easy. Location-wise, it’s spot on – only a 10-minute walk to Piccadilly station (even quicker if you’re in a rush!) and a similar distance to several Metrolink stops. There are loads of great restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, which makes the area a genuinely enjoyable place to live. All in all, Anco & Co is a fantastic place to call home – modern, convenient and really well looked after.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, anytime we've needed anything fixing/replacing, they are quick to respond. Always at hand to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't think the actually building would be put as many events on which is a great touch as there's always something going on. Great way to meet new people in the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very well located with shops and a large supermarket near by. There is no parking but there is loads of transport links near by and everything is within walking distance including the marina which is brilliant.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very good and respond promptly, it's very easy to raise a building request

I wish I had known more about how to use the smart home features

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing location, having the General Store on your doorstep is so useful for grabbing milk in the morning/post office. I’ve never been bothered by noise outside although it’s a busy area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised have been sorted promptly! Even putting a tv on the wall for me!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good - the cheap bills as I never use my heating! Bad - the closing of the gym, I’ve found it hard to find another of that quality.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: Location is perfect. Friendly staff on desk, the rooftop is good, but we have a neighbour from Hell and it now has to close at 10pm. Bad: internet, window issues and no gym. Also turn over of management is an issue when problems arise. The staff on the desk can only do so much which is a shame. More power should be given to them. The building has started to fall apart so one can only assume this is through lack of quality for building materials

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Urban bubble run the property. They are okay, the finance department need an overhaul as they are so slow and incompetent it’s shocking it functions as it does.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish the flats in the front, facing the sun had aircon. I assumed this was the case given the amount it costs for a 2 bed, sadly this wasn’t. If I knew the gym would had been removed I would not have moved in. I thought the windows would have been cleaned monthly however it’s been over a year since this was last done. A shame.
