Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - 10 min walk into town, 10 min walk to the train station Manchester Piccadilly & Manchester Victoria, 5 min walk to Aldi Bad - I actually can’t think of anything!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great! They have helped me instantly and it’s always been resolved!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t know because it’s great! It’s everything I wanted and more!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is absolutely perfect, there is everything you would ever need right on your doorstep, a great selection of bars, restaurants and also a post office situated directly opposite the building - I couldn’t fault the area at all! The only negative I would say, is occasionally homeless are sleeping outside of the building, which can be quite off-putting at times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always - we’ve barely had any issues since living here however, whenever anything small as cropped up, the issue has been solved so quickly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I do wish we would’ve known earlier that the gym that used to be available wouldn’t be coming back after its closure - this was such a good perk and one of the reasons we chose to live here!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

No bad aspects! All facilities are lovely and well kept! Rooms and communal areas are immaculate. Loads of choices for shops and restaurants nearby and great transport links with Piccadilly and Victoria station only 10 or so minutes away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The App makes it really easy to sort any issues we have. Response time is great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When we moved in, we were well informed about everything so knew everything we needed to know when we decided to move in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I moved in almost 5 years ago and have to say it was the best think I have ever done. Being a first time renter I wasnt sure what to expect. I knew the area as it was the first place I ever had a job after leaving college although it was a different kind of place and not at all as trendy as it is now. You dont need to go very far for shopping, food or drinks. The down side about the area is that the new traffic system put in place causes a nightmare at peak times with very little parking in the area. Overall however, it is a great part of the city to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Once any issue has been raised the team on site have been very proactive and done their best to sort out any matters very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The fact that everything was explained very very well before I actually moved in was great. Nothing was left out so I am very happy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location couldn’t be better… somehow in the city centre but also in what feels like our own little Ancoats village! Lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Bin collections tend to happen at unsociable hours (5-6am).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues within our flat have been responded to promptly (where applicable)! Ongoing issues include the faulty wiring affecting the oven/hob and the faulty windows.

That the gym wouldn’t be a permanent feature of the building.
