Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspects is the local area, you are only a 10 minute walk max into town and the local transport links. The shops are on your doorstep with a general store opposite the building and an Aldi down the road. Ancoats is a cute upcoming area with cute bars and a great atmosphere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we had an issue with some lights out and the team quickly resolved this for me which is great

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish there was a gym on site but we believe there could be another one on site soon.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have lived in Anco & Co for almost 5 years now - and to be honest I can't imagine living anywhere else. The location is perfect, I would only leave when I go to buy my own flat and event then I want it to be in the exact location. Where in the world can you step outside your front door and be inside a supermarket or pub in less than 45 seconds. The location is incredible. Best neighbourhood in Manchester. And there is a monthly Markers Market on the doorstep in Cutting Room Square, it's a pretty unique place to live. I've met some of my closest friends living in Anco & Co, meeting on the roof in summer them becoming forever long friends. There is hardly ever any noise, considering how populated the area is. No negatives. Location is 11/10 - no notes!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Again, the issue with the gym downstairs - not really the building management's fault, however we've asked when this will be sorted and yet to receive an update.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the gym isn't actually included within your rent, i.e. when it closed down, it was deemed as a 'luxury' rather than a staple of the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ancoats is a beautiful area. The development is situated with easy access to the city centre and is surrounded by independent bars and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most issues get dealt with very quickly. Having an in house team for repairs is very helpful, Terry is great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would like the option of adding a slightly faster wifi package for being able to stream and WFH

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location - minutes to Northern Quarter, town and the Marina. Parking isn’t great and there is a lot of noise from the main road (heightened by broken windows).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues (outside of the windows and gym) have been rectified quickly. The team are friendly and efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the gym would be closed and the windows would go without repair. However, there is a great sense of community, the apartments are nice, the staff friendly and the location is perfect!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

excellent, chill area - modern apartments with great facilities and location! Very convenient living space, felt at home really quickly with support from the management with the move

Responses have always been prompt and supportive..

I wish I knew more about the internet options and opportunities to upgrade if needed
