I love the reception. Helpful in every way. I like the design of the apartment and glad I moved in when I did

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised any concerns, if I did they would be quick to respond

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would have seen more viewing options on right move etc, rather than direct website

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The quality of the developments around the building are great. Lots of shops and bars. I would like to have more independent shops

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have raised a few issues and they have responded very promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym is great and very convenient. So I would’ve cancelled my gym membership prior to moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good location with shops near by. Good transport links, only 5 mins from Victoria station and easy to get to the m62

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been resolved quickly and without fuss

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing of note. Make sure to view the actual flat you are moving into as some have different layouts.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is located very close to the city centre so is close to plenty of shops and also bus/tram/train links. Parking is limited in the area unless you want to pay for private parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far I have not had to raise any issues with management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the limited on street parking.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartment is massive. There's a 247 concierge and the entire staff is super nice, esp Simon, Antonia and Jay. The location is super central too, 5 mins walk to arndale shopping centre and the cathedral.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They usually respond to questions within 24 hours, Shane from the maintenance team is fabulous

The people living here are on the younger side and can be a bit immature
