We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The area is lovely and plenty of open space. However, the ground maintenance has slipped recently and where the soil has been moved, they've not compacted it down and now looks like a council estate garden.

I’m very pleased with Bellway as a developer. The aftercare for the first year was great but the last year it has been painfully hard to get hold of customer services. Disappointed with the maintenance of the site

The building company, Bellway, have been very poor. Property had many snags that needed to be sorted. Not done prior to moving in which has resulted in them taking nearly 18 months to complete. Property/development management also poor. Very overgrown grass, pathway that washes away every time it rains, leaving trenches in the path. Contractors leave rubbish everywhere, spitting in the streets, which is disgusting, especially in the middle of a pandemic. Development seems to be well planned out apart from the parking issues. Will be better once all roads and pavements are finished after the area is totally finished.

The property management firm Remus are very challenging to work with. Very little maintenance seems to get done. That said the estate design and layout is very good and allows for easy access to the main roads. Parking can be challenging at times but most houses have double driveways.

Houses look great, however hard to get Bellway to deal with snags/fixing things. Management are helpful until the house is signed off and then it’s hard to get them back to fix anything! House designs look good, nice estate to walk around. Good variety of house styles
