The development is 10 years old I believe however it still looks rather new and is ageing very well.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have recently bought a house in the area and what made me interested was definitely the closed off estate, surrounding woodland area and price. One you leave the estate it can be abit rough around the edges but nothing terrible in regards to crime

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any problems yet but I know who I need to contact

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I could have spoken to more neighbours but couldn’t because of Covid. I didn’t realise the views you get from the nearby woods and they are breathtaking
