Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fantastic location, friendly staff and pet friendly. Amenities are great, gym is good and building events are an added bonus! Maintenance is pretty slow, the lack of air con and poor water pressure are annoying.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, resolved some like broken sofa but not others like unusable bath.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Poor water pressure, aircon and air flow poor. Modern but not as modern and functioning as you’d expect.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is perfect with many shops and restaurants on the doorstep, as well as easy access to public transport. There are also multiple car parks nearby which make it easy for visitors to find parking. Traffic noise is next to none due to the apartment being at the end of a dead-end road. It can get a little loud on weekends outside due to party goers, but nothing that causes issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management respond very quickly to any issues or questions, it's super easy to keep in contact with them via phone or WhatsApp.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had initially thought the block had a bin-chute, however I discovered after moving in that this wasn't usable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great public transport links via the Salford central busses and nice outdoor area by the river. Close to the shopping center and smaller grocery stores and gyms. Easy to walk into town.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very easy to contact which was a relief compared previous landlords I've had. They were very helpful and prompt in extending the contract and in repairs.

Everything was as expected. Good noise insulation.

There’s a good mix of local shops, supermarkets, and a decent range of independent cafes, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Public transport is generally reliable with frequent buses and a nearby train station, although peak-time overcrowding can be an issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has generally been responsive and professional when issues are raised, resolving most problems in a timely manner. However, some minor concerns, like parcel policies, have not seen much flexibility or improvement.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the reception does not allow temporary storage of large parcels or luggage, which can be inconvenient for frequent travelers or people who shop online often. It’s not something you’d notice during a viewing, but it does affect daily convenience. I'd also advise new neighbours to download the resident key app early on, as it helps with booking amenities and staying updated on building notices.

It is in a very central location which is great. A lot of buses. There’s also a free bus which stops close by. Salford central train station is right behind the building. You can get to anywhere within 15 mins by foot.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they are really good at solving maintenance issues.

This place is so amazing I will choose it again I love it here
