Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is quite good, not too busy. There are not very many restaurants/bars just near the building, but there are a lot of great places near Angel/Old Street tube stations, 15 mins walking from the building
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had an issue with the entrance door, and they fixed it in a couple of days, so I'm satisfied with it
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The spa/pool is not working half of the time without any reason/estimates when it's back. And you'll continue paying for this, of course

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Parking in the area is not easy to find, but the worst part is the number of theft which is just appalling. Thieves are constantly sweeping our car of whatever is inside, including pads and boot cover and first aid kit. Traffic noise is quite high on the city road side. Transports are not far, decent shops and restaurant can be found 1mile away in Angel or Shoreditch
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
On site Staff is very nice and polite, but clearly poorly trained, although there is only so much that they can do, when facilities are constantly affected by malfunctions
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Constant noise. Continuous flow of food delivery inside the building to the floor. Zero windows cleaning. Continuous malfunctions, delays, closures. Had the gym with broken AC showing 29° inside for weeks, closed pool for months

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The concierge are great! But things break easily in the flat! Haven’t been able to use the facility because of covid
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’ve responded very quickly! Stephanie replies to my emails very quickly and sends people to resolve the issues quickly!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have love to know that the underfloor heating only works up to 21 degrees, it’s pretty cold.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lack of amenities, shops. Towers in the area are mainly occupied by foreign students, so no families or professionals, high turnover. The area is surrounded by buildings of a very different nature, so blending is hard. Parking our car is a constant nightmare, we discovered after moving in that the underground parking is in the congestion charge zone.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We discovered that the unit we rented is not actually a two beds, with all the related problems. The underground parking space is in the congestion charge area and permits are no longer issued by the council. Access was supposed to be granted to motorbikes, but I am finding this really hard to obtain
Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:
The flat should have a second bathroom and more storage space. This is not really a two beds apartment
